I used it daily after my shower and it locks in the moisture and remains soft and subtle until I reapply. The only issue I have run into is not all retailers carry this product and I have found in onlye

Smells odd and leaves a sticky residue

I wanted to like this product and am sad I’m not more in love with this. there are a few things (1) it’s not thick, it’s more like liquid - I thought this was going to be “thicker” and more like a “creamy whipped” lotion. That’s just personal preference, overall though the consistency isn’t that bad. (2) I would think it would feel more moisturizing but it doesn’t and it actually feels like my hands are “sticky” or have a layer of film on it. I feel that way every where but mainly in my hands. I will keep using the product because overall I can tolerate it, but I need to wash my hands after the fact and it’s not something I like to reach for.

This lotion left my hands feeling dryer than before I applied it.

Lotion kind of liquifies when applying. Moisturizing barely lasts a few hours on arms and legs.

Did Nothing For My Hands

nice texture, melts into your skin with no sticky feel and it smells slightly like peppermint! However the 5th ingredient is PVP. A toxic ingredient derived from petroleum. Which is a carcinogen(cancer causing) Did you know petroleum is banned in products in Europe but not the US? I would’ve loved this product.. too bad. It’s a no for me.

The formula is nice and light, not greasy which is good but if you're looking for that long lasting deep hydration you went get it here. It's really good for hands since it isn't greasy and you won't feel like you're washing it all off if you have to wash your hands shortly applying because it's already soaked in. However my legs are super dry in the winter and I felt like this didn't really help much there. I need some heavy duty lotion to penetrate and hydrate that skin. All in all, depending on what you need, this is a very nice lotion, just not for heavy duty needs!

The lotion was not overpowering, but had a pleasant smell. The only con was that it was a little more watery than I expected. Other than that, it worked fine on my eczema.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Caster shay dry eczema lotion is a medium weight lotion. It's nice and thick, rubs in nice, and doesn't leave a greasy feeling. Having a nice light scent is also a plus. The lotion has worked well on sensitive skin as well.

I haven’t had any eczema flare ups and my skin has felt so soft since I started using. It smells so wonderful too! I love that it’s paraben, silicone and sulfate free. My new go to lotion.

I have a very minor case of eczema and if lotions are too thick or I apply too often I will have minor breakouts. But I didn't experience those symptoms with this lotion. And my skin was moisturized for a good period of time. The only complaint that I have is that the lotion itself smells a little bit like glue.
