Cameras stuck on night mode
Multiple faulty cameras. The first time we purchased, they worked fine for one day and then one of the cameras stopped being able to switch out of night mode. So anytime the room is well lit, there's a purple tint and the quality is pretty terrible. VTech customer service (which was terrible to get ahold of, by the way) walked me through some troubleshooting that didn't work so they had me return it to target. Got a second set, both cameras are doing the same thing. Infuriating.

Absolute necessity
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 2 year old and a 2 month old, this is absolutely essential. First of all, I can’t even believe how fast and quick the setup was. It took less than 5 minutes only because of setting up the app. It’s ready to go out of the box if you’re only using the parent unit. I really appreciated that as a sleep deprived dysfunctional lady. It’s also very easy to navigate. The settings are very cut and dry. The display is phenomenal especially on your phone. The night vision is amazing. The sound is very clear and it even plays sounds out of the camera like waves and white noise. You can talk through the cameras and you can use them as night lights. I feel like I’m forgetting something but I was completely shocked by the functionality of this product. I don’t know what I would do without it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know I’m showing a photo of my kitchen in the product picture but this thing is AMAZING. I LOVE all the features it has and I wish I had had it when my babies were smaller. This is going to be IDEAL when my older babies are outside this summer and need supervision but the baby also needs a nap. I love that you can talk through the camera, you can set up a night light, you can connect it to wifi if you want OR NOT!, it is the simplest baby monitor I have EVER set up! The display as you can tell is clear as a bell and it has so many features! Sounds and lights, dimming and brightening, talking to baby, dual camera view if you need to watch more than one child at once. ZERO complaints! Impressive, VTECH!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nothing about this blew me away. The night vision is really bad and you can barely make out anything in the picture. The audio is also pretty bad. It lags and I can hear my baby cry in the other room before the camera projects the sound. It was easy to install but I wouldn’t buy it again or recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This camera is amazing! Our little baby is now 21 months old and is starting to do more "fun" things like try to escape his crib. Pair that with us moving into a larger house and being further away from his room, it's been a stressful transition. Enter this camera! It's so convenient to be able to look at the screen and see what he's getting into whenever we hear a suspicious thump. Setup was easy, the picture quality is great, and I love that we could use both cameras for 2 different angles in the room, or for 2 completely different rooms if/when we expand the family.

I love that there are two cameras- one I can use for the bassinet, one for the crib. Theres almost no lag and the night vision is perfect. For getting two cameras, the value is fantastic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely enjoy using all VTech products and this Nursery camera is my absolute favorite! This camera and monitor both are designed so well. The screen is big and also has a stand that can be tucked away when not needed. The screen charge lasts so long and the night mode screen is very clear. The cameras are designed so well and it also comes with wall mount which is very easy to install. The pan tilt zoom and the camera light makes it so much better! One of the best things is, it has an app that can be easily downloaded when followed their clear instructions. The app functions super well! I’m so glad we have this! I know I can keep my baby in their nursery safe even when I’m just few rooms away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are very easy to set up you can either use the app from your phone using wifi or you can use the monitor that is provided. Some people don’t like to use wifi because it can be hacked. Both were easy set up. The app has better resolution and less screen tearing but still some. The monitor provided has bad screen tearing especially in zoom. The resolution is not as claimed but is good enough as is the zoom. Battery life is good will last more than a day off the charger but I usually charge at night anyway. Camera set up was easy nice there are two for one set up. Different angels or children’s rooms. Monitor is much larger than comparable monitors

First, I love that it comes with two cameras that you can use to get different angles in one room, or do two different rooms. Second, I love you can move the cameras. Third, I love that you can use a wifi free tablet, use the mobile app, OR both! The tablet monitor is perfect size and I like that it doesn’t have to be plugged in to work. You can do split screen, choose one specific camera, or use the patrol mode where it goes back and forth between the cameras automatically every 10 seconds or so. The camera quality is great when there’s not motion, but can be choppy at times when there’s is large amounts of movement. The dark mode works great and is easy to see in even the darkest rooms. I do wish the cords for the cameras were longer so that I could easily put it on top of shelving.

Great for multiple kids
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really loving this monitor with two cameras. The monitor is large enough to be able to have a good view of both rooms when you use split screen or you can choose to view only one camera at a time if only one child is napping. Love that you can choose whether or not to use it with wifi and the set up is quick and easy. It has a wide variety of settings for leaving the screen on or off, how sensitive you want it to be to sound, and if you want to use a night light mode or not. The camera has multiple views to see and scan the whole room and you can zoom in easily if you need a closer view. V-tech has truly thought of everything with this model and I’m so happy to have something that gives me piece of mind for my youngest children without needing multiple monitors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These cameras can be viewed on the traditional baby monitor screen that it comes with or from your phone via Wi-Fi. You can control the cameras from either device and even choose a color for the built-in nightlight using the app on your phone. Sometimes when I look at the cameras, everything is tinted purple. I can't find any settings to correct this. Additionally, the split view on the physical monitor only shows a portion of what you can see when viewing on the app (it shows a more zoomed in section instead of the whole view, even if you have it on 1x). Being able to check on my baby from another room is great, but I wish the picture quality was more consistent and that the cameras wouldn't lose connection so often.
