I have to travel this weekend and got a yeast infection, I wanted it treated quickly so I opted for this brand. I have used a different name brand 1 use product which caused severe pain and irritation and could not use that product again. This one I could feel working but not in a strong way. I used it at night and I felt better in the morning. I highly recommend this product.
