We started Van Leeuwen Ice Cream in a yellow truck on the streets of NYC in 2008 with a mission to make good ice cream that makes you feel good. Nowadays, people can spend so much time on what’s “healthy” they don’t stop to consider what’s healthy. As far as we’re concerned, happiness is healthiness.
And nothing makes us happier than this Peanut Butter Brownie Chip Ice Cream. To our peanut butter ice cream, we add chunks of chewy brownies. Then single-origin, dark chocolate chips. Then swirls of peanut butter. Then we see if anyone is looking and we sample said Peanut Butter Brownie Chip Ice Cream…you know, for quality control and whatnot.

I can’t believe this doesn’t have 5 stars from everyone. When I say this is INCREDIBLE I mean it. If you like peanutbutter, this is for you! The texture was also amazing. At least for me, it’s stays nice and soft.

If you like pb and chocolate, this one’s for you!!! The ice cream in smooth and sweet with swirls of peanut butter with just the right amount of salt. While the chi hips aren’t the most flavorful I’ve had, the brownie chunks are AMAZING! They are the just right amount of chew and really pack in the rich chocolate flavor! This is my new go to when I’m grabbing ice cream at target as the price point is lower here than at other retailers.

I had tried a few of this brand's flavors, and was really disappointed. Didn't think it was worth the money. But Target was having a sale, so I gave them one more chance. This flavor is fantastic! Has a good amount of salt, which is so important. If you like peanut butter and chocolate things, get this.

This is the amazing combination of ice cream, creamy peanut butter swirls, and huge chunks of brownies. Wow, I haven't had something this decadent and awesome in a while. Simple ingredient list doesn't hurt either.
