I recently found out about Vanicream’s gentle cleanser and it has been a game changer for me. Finally found a face cleanser that does not leave my face feeling dry and does not irritate it all- no fragrance or other common irritants and is considered a clean product. I have acne prone sensitive skin. It does a good job of removing my makeup, oil, dirt, and sunscreen. Although sometimes I have to double wash to remove the sunscreen, but overall, still does a good job. Highly recommend if you have sensitive skin and are looking for a gentle cleanser. It’s a great price and works great!

I just used this product less than 15 minutes ago and before I was even out of the bathroom my skin was screaming for moisture. My face was so tight I could hear each pore cry out for lotion. I slathered my face in moisturizer and now I feel ok. I'm no quitter and I don't like to waste things, so I will try again and see if using less helps at all. Fingers crossed!

I have been on a seemingly never ending hunt for a good replacement to the old cetaphil face wash after they reformulated it and it started making me break out. Somebody suggested this as an alternative, and I loved the simple ingredients so I gave it a try. Well, it didn’t remove my (non waterproof) mascara AT ALL and left me with raccoon eyes, so I tried it again the next day after removing my makeup and it seemed to be a good cleanser. Until a few days later, I realized it’s still not really cleansing my face and now I have little tiny bumps all over my face. Sigh. So, this is still not a replacement :( I hate to say, but I think this cleanser is just TOO gentle. Maybe good for someone who doesn’t wear makeup at all and doesn’t really need a good cleanse, but it’s just way too watery for me.
