VAVA Nightlight

My favorite night light for me and my kids lol we each have one. The battery lasts a loooooooong time especially on the lowest setting. It’s a keeper and I’ve bought some for friends too.

This light works great for middle of the night diaper changes. It easily turns on with a double tap and you can stop on any of the rotating color option so it easy to find just the right brightness. The one hour timer is also a nice feature. I have had occasional issues with it turning on randomly after it’s turned off. Overall I would recommend.

The blue indicator light illuminates the whole globe, so when you tap to turn it "off" you get a blue strobe light instead. Defeats the whole purpose of having the tap feature. The on/off switch on the bottom of the light is tiny and hard to use in the dark.

OBSESSED. The fact that you can adjust the brightness levels as well is a game changer. We always used motion sensor night lights for those middle of the night feeds in our room with a newborn, but they were too bright or never stayed on long enough. This 100% helps my husband sleep better and helps me see for the amount of time that I need while nursing. I also love how kid-friendly it is for the baby’s older toddler siblings who want to get into everything. LOVE IT!!!

True to previous reviews. Good lighting for nighttime changes in a nursery. Unfortunately, does not keep a charge for long at all, so either needs to be plugged in around the clock or transported back & forth to the charger with each use. Minor inconvenience but worth considering prior to purchase. Otherwise happy with the purchase.

Dead after 3 weeks of use

Long battery life! This light has been great to get through the first year with this baby. I would love this same light but just an amber color.

Started using this May 16 as a nursery nightlight and it barely lasted two weeks before it stopped working. Junk.

I love this light. It's perfect for nighttime feeds or story time at night. This is a soft light so it's easy on the eyes. We use it often and charge it about one time a night. It's perfect size and easy to turn on and off with hand taps.

Not sure why this has such a low star rating, but I genuinely enjoy this night light! It was a perfect size to bring to the hospital for my labor and has been great for middle of the night feeds for our newborn. There is a very muted blue light when it is plugged in, but it is extremely dim. Would purchase again!

Love the egg light. But the charger head snapped off inside the egg when our kid dropped something on the cable. Need a replacement charge cable but the charger is not USB so that's annoying. Also the type of charger is not listed in the specifications so I can't easily find a replacement.

This light is the best.Bought one (the older model) for n'y first child 4 years ago and loved it. Since then, that's always my gift for when a friend gives birth (first child... Second child and up is always a massage ;) ) and they always love it. That's how I realized that a newer model came out (with the colors) and we bought it for ourselves too.

After 7 months of using it, it stopped working :(

A baby registry must-have! Honestly, my most favorite gift off my registry. I used it every night when the baby was a newborn for those late night diaper changes. Use it now for those long sick nights to check in. I always buy for friends and family for every baby shower.

Looks just like the pictures. I charged it when I got it. And it works great. My granddaughter will love it. She has one at home just like it.she loves to turn it on and carry it around.

Love this simple nightlight! It helps transition from bright light to dim in the evening at bedtime and is the perfect level of brightness for nursing at night. I wish the blue LED didn’t stay on all the time as others mentioned, but have found it fine to just turn this to face the wall.

The light is fine, but don't expect it to last. Mine broke after about two years of use. The light lives in one spot on a dresser and one day the charger wouldn't fit into the port anymore. VAVA had no remedy for me. Also, know that when you tap the light off, the lamp will pulse with a faint blue light, which is annoying and will use up the battery. To turn the light off entirely you have to use the switch on the bottom. I really don't trust the number of five star reviews on the VAVA site.

Item broke after 2 weeks of use. Lights blink on the back to remind you to charge, but don't turn off when you're charging, so there is always some light coming out of the back. Very disappointed with the quality, especially given the price tag.

I had high hopes for this night light. We bought it to use at the hospital. The claim on the description is that is works for 100s of hours, but in the hospital it would die after a few hours even though it had been fully charged. We used it only a handful of times and now it won’t turn on nor will it charge. We’ll likely have to toss it now, and deem it a loss. Truly disappointed and will not be purchasing again, much less recommending.
