Broken bottom bunk

The bottom bunk broke. It’s been less than a month and my 50 lbs 6 year old apparently is too heavy for it. It started to bed directly in the middle. And no it’s broke. No, they did not jump on it. They didn’t throw anyone or anything on it.

Was super easy to assemble thought it was sturdy until my 7 and 10 year old somehow managed to bend the bunk rail frame that supposedly supports 400lbs now I have to take apart and return which is very unsettling
