[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a long, multiple store search, I finally was able to try the Veggiecraft cauliflower penne pasta, and I am so glad I did! The texture is definitely softer than regular penne--after my 1st batch, which followed the package directions, I shortened the boil time to 5 (vs 7-8) and I liked the firmer, less boiled batch. The penne held sauce well--I even made a pumpkin sauce that rocked it! And, with less carbs, more fiber and protein--I am sold! This will definitely be a monthly rotation--it is pricey, so it will act as a treat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the taste of this product, but I think because it is so heavily veggie based it has a weird mealy texture. When eating the pasta it falls apart a bit too on the silverware due to the texture and makes it harder to eat.

I am Italian and I love Al center pasta. I don’t like it sticky and I don’t like bits and pieces and to be honest was disappointed in the texture but the flavor was excellent

And also approved by my friend with Celiac. She said the texture was one of the best she's had, tasted almost glutinous haha. Definitely try it!
