The good- decent blackout.
The Bad- Each of these were between 104-105” long—NOT 108”. I didn’t mind because I didn’t have to alter shorter, however if you need 108, not gonna happen. Varied in width from 49.5-50.5”
The Ugly- these are so ugly. Not AT ALL velvet material. It’s like a really cheap felt-like material, and not like the felt used for kids projects, like the felt “velvet” used to line really really cheap jewelry trays. So so cheap.
That said, from far away, it just looks like plain cotton black drapes, so I kept them because it’s better than what I had. At some point I’ll buy actual velvet drapes. I do think that these are over-priced for what you get. I kind of laughed when I saw other reviewers saying that, because these are very affordable, but for the quality they should be 29.99 at most.
I wouldn’t recommend simply because they look so cheap and you can probably get a similar item for less money, if all you want is a black out shade. If you want velvet, look elsewhere.
I included photos, the valance is my own.
The material quality was poor. The stitching along the edges of the drape are all bunched up. The curtains also do not hang very straight. I have tried to washing, dry, and steam them after removing from the packaging but still hang very poorly.
