A: You can switch sides easily by rotating the cushions around and moving the ottoman. You can actually opt for a stand alone sofa and ottoman if you desire.

A: The back cushions have a strip of Velcro that keeps them attached to the back of the couch. They won’t slip around.

Showed up damaged, but we decided to give it a try as the damage was on the bottom. But within a week the zippers busted on the cushions and the it was all down hill from there. Cushions were also very hard and uncomfortable

Not for me -- returned. BUT: if you think it would work for you, don't be put off by worries about the return! Ordered online -- said 12 day delivery and arrived in 6. Arrived in one big box. Some minor dings on the box but everything inside was fine. Set-up: Mine arrived without assembly instructions. It is fairly intuitive and I put it together myself in about 40 minutes. Could have done it in 15 except that: there's about 5 steps to putting it together -- not hard, but must be in correct order. I messed up and had to take it apart and start over. Quality: Cushions: As others have said the seat cushions come vacuum sealed and "squished". The insides have a kind of foam in them. On mine, the foam, especially in the corners was hard (melted? fused?) and never really plumped up. The seat cushions never completely expanded to full size to fit the covers. The back cushions were not vacuum sealed and seemed fine, but I had my doubts about how long they would stay full before they went flat. Frame: I thought the frame was insufficiently padded -- I could feel the boards through the cushions in some places. Legs: there is a center leg that goes somewhere in the middle but the lining on the bottom doesn't have a hole and no indication of where that would be. I would have had to torn the lining to find it. Size: great mid-size sofa. Color/Fabric: I really liked the fabric -- I didn't' think it was scratchy at all. It is a tiny tiny kind of black and cream weave. Gray from a distance, but up close, it isn't a sharp contrast because the lighter color is more cream than white. I liked it, but not for people looking for sharp black/white The best part: Super easy return. No kidding. I took it apart and it fit in my Toyota CHR no problem. Called Customer Service from the parking lot and they sent someone outside with a cart -- they loaded it and took it inside. Inside, they looked up my purchase on my account and fully refunded -- no questions asked. Very impressed with return process. Based on this, I'd order big stuff again.

this sofa looks and feels so cheap. definitely not worth almost $700 when you can spend a couple hundred more and get a really nice sofa. It is so uncomfortable too.

The sofa is gorgeous, fits into my decor nicely and is very comfortable, firm but in a supportive way not a rigid way. I put it together by myself but it was tricky to get the back aligned correctly, so I'd recommend a helper if you can get one. Definitely possible to do solo though.

I definitely thought this couch would be bigger than it is but it’s actually the perfect size for my apartment and the reversible chaise is a plus. Not very easy to put together, definitely need two people to do the job. The cushions were air sealed in the packaging so you have to wait a few days for them to fluff up and look pretty which is kind of annoying.

Holy guacamole this couch is perfect for the price. I just moved into a 600 sqft apartment and when I first saw the box I almost had a heart attack I though omg there is no way I'm going to put this thing together. Luckily it comes in pieces. Now I recommend if you are bad a lifting heavy items or have a bad back DONT do this alone! I did this alone and the back frame I got caught between the sides of the frame and i had to get it out. Idk how I did it. Must've been about 20 mins but the damage done to the hardwood floors after that was really bad. Just be careful because you can easily have heavy scrapes in the flooring. But that is user error. The couch is a tweed material so if you have a cat who likes to dig their claws into everything be warned. Otherwise great couch, super comfy, and it'll be nice for my friend's to sleep over on instead of some futon.

Very happy with my purchase after a ton of research. It was very quick and easy to assemble by myself (I needed a dolly to get it in the door as the box was very heavy). It fits perfectly in my small space yet comfortably seats 2 people (3 should work too). The couch smelled of chemicals a bit the first couple days but it went away quickly. Also the vacuum sealing didn’t cause any wrinkles in the fabric and am impressed with the quality. It’s firm but comfortable. Make sure you have pillows since you can’t rest your head on the back or on the arms if you’re laying down. Also I got this on sale, it was worth the price. I highly recommend!

So easy to set up! Surprisingly easy. I was expecting more steps. It wasn’t even challenging. V comfortable. The one thing I didn’t realize, but don’t mind is that the long sectional piece is actually just an ottoman that you put the longer cushion on top of. Makes it easy to switch around though.

Easy to assemble and disassemble. Not to big. Can fit easily in my one bedroom apartment. The hard part was finding a couch that would fit in a small room. This one is perfect! The only down side is that like other couches we have seen. The Cushions slide forward which you have adjust them back more frequently. But that happens to most small couches with that type of fabric.

Extremely easy to put together and very comfortable. I also love the fact that you can switch chaise side with ease. This is the perfect small sectional for a small apartment and I would HIGHLY recommend this product. The reason for the 4 stars: the color is a bit more beige than gray (with slight brown undertones) so if you're looking for a TRUE gray sectional, you may want to reconsider. Luckily for me, this color still matches my color scheme.

This couch was exactly what I was looking for! I got it for a very good price on black Friday and it is perfect in my small, one-bedroom apartment! Came in a very large box that was a bit of a struggle to get up 2 flights of stairs but it was very easy to assemble. Definitely recommend this couch if you're looking for something smaller and modern looking!

This sectional was exactly what I was looking for! I wanted a small, neutral sectional with a chaise - I hadn't found anything that fit the bill at my local furniture stores. I was a little apprehensive buying it online sight unseen, but I went for it. It was super easy to put together and so far seems sturdy. Note that the cushions come vacuum sealed, so they're a little wrinkly at first (see my photo below that I took right after I put it together), but after a few days they expand to their full size and the wrinkles disappear. I find the cushions firm but comfortable. I also picked up some accent pillows from Target and I love how it looks. Overall, extremely happy with my purchase.
