What It Is: This hydrating milk is no ordinary toner. It does more than replenish skin—it restores skin’s natural pH balance, removes post-cleanse hard water residue, and lifts those last remaining traces of the day’s makeup. Its milky texture leaves skin velvety-soft (thanks to algae extract, bamboo extract, and coconut water) and residue-free.
How To Use: Shake it up and with a cotton pad, press down on the pump 2-3 times. Swipe pad across dry skin on face and neck. Bonus points for chest. Use AM and/or PM after cleansing but before serum and moisturizer.
How To Recycle: Unscrew the pump cap, rinse out the bottle, and toss it in your recycling bin.* You can throw the entire pump (including the stem) in the trash. Packaging contains recycled content

Love this product. It’s more of a “pamper me” product as I don’t find it a necessary product for skincare but it leaves your skin feeling so refreshed. I use it in the morning with the large Target face rounds and just love how cooling, refreshing, and glowing it leaves my skin. The only cons is the product doesn’t have a refillable option and it can get used up quite quickly for the price.

I have dry, acne-prone, and very sensitive skin. This is the toner I keep coming back to. For me, it soothes and softens my skin. Every time I try another toner that promises to do what this one does + more, it wrecks my skin and I end up back here.

I really enjoy using this toner, it definitely helps hydrate my skin without over hydrating and without being sticky. I’ve also noticed that it really helps with lightly clearing out my pores and smoothing out my skin. But I still need to use an actual moisturizer afterwards, because when it drys it can leave your skin a little tight. But I’m not bothered by that, using a moisturizer after a toner is always a good thing!

I wanted to love this but it is not worth the hype. It is over priced for being a basic toner. It sinks into the face well but does not layer well with cream moisturizers, it makes them pill. And its not hydrating enough for me to use with a gel or water based moisturizer. I think for combo or oily skin girlies this may be for you but it wasnt doing me any favors this winter. Such a shame since I love every versed product I try.

I absolutely adore this hydrating "toner". It absorbs quickly, soothes my skin and keeps it hydrated, plump and glowy. My only complaint is the packaging. I transfered mine to one of those small travel sized spray bottles and I just give my fave 1-2 sprays and pat it into my skin.

I picked this up 2 weeks ago and am insanely impressed with how well it's worked. I've been seeing fine lines appearing on my forehead since last year (and I'm not even 30 yet!) despite my use of retinol, sunscreen, etc. I saw online that people were suggesting the premature lines on the skin could be dehydration, not necessarily permanent wrinkles. I picked this product up to address dehydration, unsure if whether it would help, since I already use a moisturizer and oil. It's been 2 weeks and I'm actually amazed at how well it's worked. My fine lines are pretty much gone. I use this immediately after cleansing, without drying my face, so it can pick up the moisture on my skin, and then I lock it in with my moisturizer. My only complaint about this product is the way the packaging is built to be wasteful. I don't really understand why Versed is marketing a hydrating toner as a makeup remover too - I don't want to have to use a cotton pad every time I apply this toner, since I'm not trying to remove my makeup - I have completely separate products for this. The packaging is quite annoying if you're not using a cotton pad, so I ended up having to transfer the product to an airless pump.

Baby cheeks genuinely changed my skin. I could not recommend 1 produced from this website more. I used to have dry, flakey skin in the winter and now it’s not a problem for me if I use this in the morning and at night. I don’t even use a cotton ball because I want every ounce of the moisture to go into my skin — I just use my fingers to tap it into my skin! My face is so soft and supple after using this product. It is literally always in my cabinet now, it will stay in my skin routine for a long time :)

I switched to this a couple months ago after using the weekend glow toner. My skin was feeling extra dry during these winter months so I thought I'd try something different. I noticed a difference almost immediately and it's gotten much better over time. My only complaint is the bottle. I actually love this style bottle and it worked fine with the weekend glow toner I was using. However this hydrating milk is a different consistency and doesn't seem to come out as well resulting in product just spraying out over the bottle edge or "dripping" down the side. I have to take the whole cover off to get product out so to avoid wasting any. I agree with others that this could be great in a spray bottle instead.

I really, really love this product. Lately I've been suffering from really dry skin and while I don't feel that this product necessarily hydrates or moisturizes my face, it makes a wonderful base under my other products. It's almost as if it enhances everything else I put on my face and leads to a beautiful finish. I think that may be due to the way it balances your ph and soothes the skin. The one thing I HATE about this product is the packaging. I feel like I'm wasting so much product. It would be much better in a spray bottle in my opinion.
