What It Is: Formulated with ingredients like vitamin E, algae extract, and squalane (which hydrates and replenishes the moisture your skin once had), this rich moisture cream keeps skin nourished and hydrated while fending off signs of aging. Oilier skin types can use this moisturizer as a night cream or as their heavier wintertime moisturizer.
Packaging contains recycled content - 50% PCR (post-consumer recycled) plastic jar.
How To Use: Warm a pea-sized amount between fingertips and smooth into skin. Use on the entire face PM and/or AM after applying serums.

Remove the cap, rinse out any residue, replace the cap, and toss in your curbside recycling bin.* Throw the jar’s inner liner in the trash.

All of our products are free from ethanol alcohol, ethyl alcohol, propanol alcohol, alcohol denat, isopropyl alcohol, and isopropanol alcohol, which are the drying alcohols—the kinds to be avoided in skincare. However, we’re not completely alcohol-free because, while as a group they get a bad rap, not all alcohols are bad. Some are actually quite useful in skincare, like cetyl alcohol, which is used as an emulsifier in our Skin Soak Rich Moisture Cream, and it doesn’t have the drying properties of the types listed above. Our Wash It Out Gel Cleanser contains benzyl alcohol at a very low level, it serves as a preservative and stabilizer. Hope this helps!

Although we haven’t tested our products for non-comedogenic certification, we rarely get complaints of pore-clogging or breakouts. If you're looking for a soothing moisturizer I'd recommend Dew Point which has aloe leaf juice, a soothing, healing plant extract that is also very moisturizing, as well as green tea extract, an antioxidant that helps quell inflammation.

Q: This looks like a great product but noticed it said its for mature skin. Checked out the Versed Dew Point Moisturizing lotion, only thing is it's not gluten free. I'm 26 years old and noticing I'm getting fine lines. Would this product still work for me?

I was gifted this moisturizer by versed and I was concerned about using it. I am older but my skin is still a bit oily. I wanted some thing I could use as an overnight cream but really Amoy and overnight creams make my skin like an oil slick and can cause breakouts. Skin soak is the perfect amount of extra emolliency for me without making my skin greasy. and I love that it's unscented and does not have any active so I can use it with or without serums. So this jar is empty and I came online to buy another one. 👍🏾

I’ve used every moisturizer on the market it feels like, and i’ve yet to find one that perfectly hydrates, nourishes and protects my skin barrier during the night/day. I have acne-prone, combo/dry skin and every moisturizer i’ve tried either breaks me out or makes my skin tight or the next morning i’m oily. THIS CHANGED EVERYTHING. From the minute i put this on my skin i fell in love. my skin DRANK this up instantly and it felt soft and hydrated. it didn’t feel like it was sitting on top of my skin like others i’ve tried and i woke up the next morning with soft, hydrated, glowing skin. it also doesn’t pill with my sunscreen or makeup which is huge for me. i’m literally obsessed and over the moon because i’ve never had a holy grail product before. if you’re thinking about buying this, trust me when i said you should. thank you versed! saved my skin.

I have oily/acne prone skin. I was a little worried this was going to be too much for my skin but WOW. This moisturizer is probably my favorite I’ve ever used. For a cream called “Skin Soaked Rich Moisture” this is so watery and thin. It’s not a bad moisturizer, just definitely not the way it is described. I thought this would be similar to Naturium Plant Ceramide Rich Moisture Cream (which I love) but it definitely is not. This is perfect if you like a really light face moisturizer.

Not really “rich” as described, feels almost like a gel. I apply while my skin is still damp for best absorption, but even then my skin doesn’t feel like I even put anything on. I have dry skin and this didn’t do much to moisturize at all.

I don’t have sensitive skin, but used this cream for a few days and had a really bad reaction. My skin became bumpy, broke out in small white heads, and was beyond dry for about a week to the point of being flaky. I have never had a reaction like this, but I stopped using the cream and it healed up after a week. Maybe I have an allergy to the red algae ingredient? I would suggest a test patch before using this all over the face.

This is so light weight but packs a punch of hydration! It absorbs quickly and I find myself picking it up through out the day when my skin is feeling dry. It’s great for these dry winter months, it lays well under makeup and really helps to settle my skin. I’ve also had a run in with an unknown winter dry rash lately as did my child, but something in this made it go away so quickly I was shocked! I will be repurchasing this! Love it!
