Our grandson, his younger sister, AND their parents loved the experience. However, there are limited titles available and the phone inside the case gets VERY HOT! Didn't fit his Galaxy S3, so had to use his mom's phone.see moreof the reviewer's review

I can't get this thing to work to save my life! I spent an hour downloading the apps and trying to get it to work. The videos on the website just plays the same directions listed in print. It's not helpful at all and there is no icon for customer service. I'm returning it.

Maybe I was too busy remembering the old view master I used to have, and got overly excited about a virtual reality version for the grandkids, but I didn't realize you actually have to put your smartphone inside the viewmaster. Not a good idea for my grandchildren. Will be returningsee moreof the reviewer's review
