A: If you buy them in store they activate them at the register .But when you buy online they are supposed to come already loaded ..I recieved two not loaded and was told nothing could be done about it

First it says you can use anywhere Visa is excepted. That is a lie. This gift card is restricted to be used on many websites and you care not able to link it to any external accounts to be used that way. I basically have a $200 gift card that I cant use where it says Visa gift cards are accepted.

It is advertised as being able to pay bills. However anywhwer you add a debit or credit card wants a zipcode. Which this does not have, and cannot be added. Hard pass unless your just getting groceries at the store or something. Not very useful online at all.

DO NOT BUY!! Card will be sent NOT activated and target will not help. No one at the gift card company will answer their phones. Contact the BBB and file a complaint with target is what I did. Clearly I’m not the first one that came across this.

I bought two of these $200 gift cards as gifts - both were fully activated in store. Neither work, neither have any funds and you can't upload to applepay, or check balance. I tried to use online for payment and still nothing. I lost $400 and Target will not refund in less than 24 hours of purchase

0 stars. DO NOT BUY. They can’t be used in store, even target where I purchased it. none of the card readers recognize them. And they only work half the time for online retailers. And when they do work it HAS to be the exact amount or less to be approved. If it’s over, the card gets denied with out an option to use additional payment. WORST PURCHASE EVER. Shopping with these has been so stressful.

I purchased this card in June, and I just opened it today. The card wouldn't work every time I tried. Called customer service, and they said the card has $0. Someone used my card before I even took it out of the package. Now, I have to wait over 3 months to get my money back. Don't buy it.
