If you want to overcomplicate a very simple childhood game, this is perfect. If you and your kids want to all be frustrated while trying to play a simple game, definitely get this. If the kids get more than 15 feet away from each other, it kicks them out of the game. It's very frustrating. This could have been a cool toy, but the range to connect together is entirely too small to actually use them!

It works great and pretty easy to understand how to use. I'm always on the look out for things that get them outside to play and enjoy doing at the same time. I will continue to look for more like this

My 9 year old and 6 year old love the Vtech KidiGo Nextag We had no problem getting the armbands to sync. As a parent, I love that it takes the arguing out of play as it helps to keep up with turns etc. There are a ton of games to keep t hem occupied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Basically you are bringing tag into the digital age with these. Makes the game a bit more difficult for the kids as you actually have to find and hit the device in order to get your friends out. A good way to update the classic game.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, we tried hard to get this to work well for us, but each one of us kept having the arm bands slip down on us all throughout play, and it took us a long time to sync the bands once we put the batteries in. We found it challenging, in a good way, to fully tag the exact spot where the band was, which gave us an extended opportunity to keep playing. We had fun trying all the options, and we might go ahead and DIY some Velcro to help the arm bands stay in place. Until then, we will do these games the old fashioned way because now we remember why they were so fun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From all the toys own by my kids this one is the best first because it is very entertaining and it keeps them away from their tablet. This will keep them active for most of those games they have to move around like running or dancing. It is amazing! In the box you will get 4 electronic units, 4 adjustable bands that are used to wrap the units on your hands. Those band can fit on any arm as they can be adjusted. You will also find a booklet listing and explaining each game's rules. We didn't need to read that booklet we were just following the voice from the main unit. Before you start playing you will need 2 batteries for each unit those were not included. Amongst all the games we played our favorite were beat the clock , tap em all, and color tag. I like that some of those games can be played alone.

It adds a new layer of fun to standard games like tag. It has fun versions. The added element of technology encourages even my most indoor loving kid- to get outside.

They do take quiet allot of batteries which stinks but they have lasted so far with no issues. The instructions were very easy to follow to learn how to ply the games. They are different ones which makes it fun and we space out party far so it can go far while plying. Also love how it has a voice as well to tell how to play.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This may be the coolest toy VTech has designed. The box comes with four armbands and transmitters. You can select from 20 games. A second set of transmitters can be added to your set if you purchase more which means you can have eight people playing at the same time. There are the traditional games such as tag and elimination tag and capture the flag, but then there are some more creative games such as Dino defense and free jam and medic. Even if you don't have multiple kids playing, when kid can still play with these transmitters because there are single player games included as well such as tam 'em all, sequence and beat the clock. My kids love the novelty of putting on an armband and playing in the yard. Is no fighting about who is it because the game always knows. They are getting a ton of exercise! I cannot express how much I love this toy.

Such fun prompts and really adds a twist to a classic game. They can play 20 different games. The zombie one is our favorite! We love having this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, my favorite thing is that the straps fit just about all arm sizes. They fit my very tiny 4 year old, 7 year old, myself and my 6’7” husband. We have a small backyard so I can’t attest to how these would work farther away from each other, but we’ve had no issues with that so far. We lost the instructions the first day, so I was nervous how it would go figuring it out without those on hand. It was very easy, our 7 year old figured out how to work them on his own. The games are fun and easy to follow. I will say that I do not like how many batteries these take, I wish they were rechargeable. We haven’t had to replace them yet, but batteries are not exactly cheap.

It is fun entertainment in our own back yard and brings the neighbor kids around too! It is durable and was easy to set up.
