Q: Is it 45 inches around or 45 inches across?
A: I think Steph was asking whether the 45" was the circumference or diameter, and the Target team member was trying to explain that it was the diameter, where the length and width would be the same.

submitted byJulie - 3 years agoTarget staff supportA: This product is listed as having a 45-inch diameter (distance across a circle) when, in fact, it is 43 inches across from outer rim to outer rim. The diameter of the inside bottom of the pool is only 36 inches. It fit in the back of my Ford Explorer, no problem.
submitted byBullseye - 2 years agoA: People, the pool is 45 inches is the Diameter (as in across one side to the other. If it was 45 inches "around" as in circumference, the diameter of the pool would only be 14 3/8 inches in Diameter and wouldnt really be a pool.

Q: How do U get the pool from the store to the house...ALWAYS curious cause it's NOT inflatable it's hard rubber do U put on top on the roof of the SUV or CAR...it definitely can't fit in the trunk?!? PLEASE.

Q: What is the plastic resin code number on this pool? I am looking for a pool with a safer plastic such as high density polyethylene (#2). Thanks!
A: Is this definitely PVC #3? Because the product info on this page says HDPE #2. Comparable pools are also made of HDPE. Would really like to know. Thanks.

Q: I'm confused that only the "liner material" is listed as being made from HDPE. What type of plastic is the rest of the pool made from? Is it PVC, lead, BPA, and phthalate-free?
