I bought a PaintEater this summer and it has done a terrific job scraping the paint off my cedar siding. I was hand scraping but with this tool it takes a fraction of the time. It has performed flawlessly. I've gone through two pads with how much I've gotten done and I'm going to get another to star...see moreof the reviewer's review

I will start off by saying that I have not used it yet but, as I unboxed the PaintEater I noticed that the power cord is not even a foot long. I understand that this product is meant for outdoor large projects but, I don't like the fact that I have to an extension cord to use it.see moreof the reviewer's review

The Wagner Paint eater out of the box was easy to assemble. A little difficult to keep steady. Worked great for one hour then shut itself off. I was never able to turn it on again.see moreof the reviewer's review

Attempted to remove very loose and flaking paint from old wood on a 100 year old house. It did not remove the paint and if kept in one position too long, it burned the wood. Had to return the tool.see moreof the reviewer's review

A big disapointment and a waste of money. It looked like the answer to my problem of quickly removing peeling paint. Found it not to be and no support from their technical service. My first use. Two pads quickly loaded with old paint . Recomended owners manual instructions are to run against sidewal...see moreof the reviewer's review

As the owner of a large old Victorian home I have to constantly remove old paint and the Paint Eater does a great job, speeding up paint removal much easier and faster than using regular sandpaper based machines.
