Q: Can this be used to shave your head ? Is it Quiet ?

A: You can use it on your head. It will give you a very close cut. The kit comes with multiple length combs too. The trimmer is not silent but it should not be too loud. If you have more questions or need more information, please contact Wahl at help@wahlclipper.com.

A: Yes! Very clean and no bumps! I reccomend this and at under $25 it is a steal. This gets closer than top of the line clippers without cutting skin.

There were no blades in this trimmer. Just a hole where the blades should be. They weren't anywhere else in the package. Lousy quality control at Wahl.

I received this item as used & not new. Visible hairs were in the blades.

Let me assure you that Wahl does not send out any "used" units. A likely source of the hair-like fibers are shavings from the blade guard that is attached to the blades for protection. During shipment, the blade can rub against the blade guard creating shavings that may be mistaken for hair. In addition, during our normal quality assurance checks, we do a cutting test using rope material. Every effort is made to remove all fibers but some may remain. However, these are not harmful or are not used hair. If Wahl can do anything for you, please let our customer service department know at 1-800-729-9245 (USA only) or 1-815-625-6525 (Outside USA). Hear me out!! I was forced to buy these clippers due to my old Blue and White Mini Wahl Trimmers going out on me.. When i went to use these clippers, i was very impressed!! For $20 these are a steal! They cut very close to your skin like a razor and the trimming is sharp! If your considering buying, DONT HESITATE!!

These babies are ALL YOU NEED! These clippers do EVERYTHING the Andis T's or any of the higher end clippers does, right out of the box! A fraction of the cost of the Andis T's with just as much power and WAY lighter! You can't go wrong with these and have a strong enough motor to throw on the guards and cut your whole head with it! Wahl out-did themselves with these, I'm so impressed. I'm going with these, for as long as I'm cutting hair. Oh yeah! No razor bumps!

I was skeptical at first with such a cheap price. But, these clippers are sharp, and cut close. Very powerful so it can cut a clean bald head, shave, or a crisp tape line. Reminds me of the ANDIS, but cheaper price and light weight. GREAT PRODUCT!!!

I switched from using Andis t-outliner to this Wahl edge pro and I'll never purchase Andis t-outliner ever again they trimmer gave me razor bumps for years... this trimmer gave me zero razor bumps. It cuts very clean. I also love how it's not even heavy it's very light. Can't beat the price. Great value. I hope Wahl continue to make and sell this trimmer

Anybody thinking about buying these Wahl clippers stop thinking and buy em, everybody leaving bad reviews must be doing something wrong. I cut my hair with them, trimmed my beard, shaved my neck with no attachment n was close just like a razor. I had no issues with uneven hair or the clippers pulling, no complaints at all. Oil the blades and inspect them before cutting, you’ll be able to tell if the blades need adjusting which they shouldn’t rite out of the box. These are the closest cutting trimmers I’ve ever owned

Awesome trimmer! I have bought and returned 3diffrent trimmers. This one is the best. Sharp blades cut extremely close almost bald. My son's haircuts are much more clean and precise looking with these. Only reason I didn't give 5stars is because they are pretty loud for trimmers.

I have stood behind and defended Wahl's name for decades , I couldn't be more dissatisfied and disappointed in this trimmer. The way the blade assembly attaches to the main body, there is a small plastic catch that wears out , probably due to the high torque motor, but when it does the entire blade assembly now has so much give , so much play in it , I can't even use them. I would not recommend this product at all , And now the store will not replace them , I guess I'm stuck with them. I've been purchasing Wahl products for over 25 years , this is the worst way to end a loyal customer relationship.

Bought this to cut the hair on my head as short as possible without being fully “bald.” The trimmer does the job in cutting extremely low, but doesn’t work very well cutting the hair on my head. Giving 4 stars because I know it’s not really meant for my head, so it for sure does what it advertises.

Seems like a nice product. Though it does not have the power I was looking for shaving hair off. The actual clipper kept falling out of the handle while using. Took me two hours to shave hair off my head with this. Seems like a cheaper item of the same could of done it faster or its just me. Cut mens hair with this clipper and it takes a long time but does a good job. For thin or short hair works fine.
