Q: Can you use it in the shower?

A:Â It can be used in the shower, as said, but the battery will not last long and it is not replaceable. So, throw the unit away and get a new one which is what I did if the battery is dead or does not charge..

Q: I rinse with melaleuca sometimes to combat tooth & gum pain. Can I add a few drops to the water in this machine?

A:Â You need to ask the manufacturer of Melaleuca to if it will hurt the Flosser. I add 2 tbs of mouth wash to a full tank and it works well.
submitted byanian - 7 years agoA:Â In case you haven't received an acceptable answer yet, the description of this item states, "Please do not use ... tea tree oil (which is Melaleuca, though a lesser quality)...in the reservoir. Use of these additives will reduce the product performance and shorten the life of the product.
submitted byDee - 6 years agoA:Â May be.. I am not sure. I add one table spoon of mouth wash in to the tank and it has not so far (6 months) caused any damage to the flosser. But when a dentist advised me to add some bleach, the system failed. So, it all depends on what chemicals melaleuca contains. You need to contact the manufacturer of Melaleuca and get advice.

Q: i will be travelling outside united states to countries with different power voltage. do i need to buy a travel charger to make it work over there or this portable cordless waterpik flosser works with both 110 and 220 voltage.

A:Â I don't think you can open the battery compartment, and when the battery runs out no choice but to dicsard it.

However, my DH is an electrical engineer and I asked him. He says that as long as you don't open the battery compartment while the water is running in the shower, this should work fine.

A:Â I did the same thing last night. I used a needle-nose pliers to get the tip out. But you also have to press in on the little ridged arrow just above the on-off button to release the tip.

Q: The water capacity is stated at 30.000 cubic-ft. Does this unit come with a separate tank at just over 3.1 feet in height, width, and depth, weighing in at 224 pounds to contain all of that water?

A:Â That must be a mistake. There is no separate tank for this cordless Waterpik. I've used this type waterpik for 5 years or so. They do wear out ever couple years.

The worst flosser I’ve ever purchased. No pressure, battery doesn’t last after full charge, leaks water from the bottom and then completely stopped working after 1 month use. The cheap one I bought from shein lasted longer than this. Don’t buy.

This waterpik stopped working 2 months after I brought it. Target won’t accept the return because I used it and the manufacturer has yet to get back to me regarding my refund or replacement. Don’t waster you time or money apparently it’s just a poorly made product

I've been using a waterpik daily for at least 40 years. I've owned many in that time and with the exception of this one I would rate them all 5 star. This one is junk. Only holds about 15 seconds of water, 20 if you tilt it and your head to the left. Difficult to separate tank that doesn't fit under most faucets for filling. Weak pressure. If you want a 5 star product get the waterpik ION. Better design in every way

Do not buy this garbage. Here’s why: If f you remove the reservoir to clean it, try to put it back on; it is impossible. I tried everything and nothing! It will not snap back into place. And they admit on their website that this unit will stop working after 12-24 months. Are you kidding me? They designed it that way on purpose; they’re just trying to make money off of us, that’s all. I will NEVER buy anything from this business again. I changed the batteries and it still wouldn’t work. And when I tried to snap the reservoir back into place, that is when the unit worked. STUPID product. I do not recommend this product, it is junk. Don’t waste your time or money on this, buy something else.

The Waterpik 360 works really well. The only reason for my four stars instead of five is because of the way the handle and the water reservoir fit together. I think they are supposed to fit together at the top, but they don't. So I have to hold it together while I'm using it. Other than that, it is excellent.
