Put the smoker together in the morn, made 4 racks of baby back ribs in the afternoon. No problem, followed the Weber directions and all went well.Smoker is well made. Once started, never opened the lid, no need to add charcoal, used about 50 briqettes as Weber suggested. Add wood chunks of different...see moreof the reviewer's review

Having smoked meats with friends before, my fiance knew exactly what features a "good" smoker should have: multiple vents for temperature control, a grate to hold the charcoal, a slot for a meat thermometer, and a built-in thermometer. This smoker had it all, as it's larger Weber Smokey Mountain coo...see moreof the reviewer's review

My husband loves to smoke foods. We've gone through several smokers (big and small) and he really likes this smoker. The temperature was easy to control. The food came out perfectly. You can cook for an intimate party but would require the larger size if you were having a bash. This was a worth...see moreof the reviewer's review

I've only used it one time to smoke a couple of whole chickens and the Weber did not disappoint. Once the fire is started and going, i just ...see moreof the reviewer's review

I’ve used this smoker twice with good results. There is a learning process but I am pleased thus far. Wish there were wheels on the legs for more maneuverability.see moreof the reviewer's review

Cooked ribs and brisket by sous vide and then finished them in the smoker. Absolutely amazing texture and taste. I'm still learning to control temperatures, but I'm getting there. I also smoked some tofu for vegetarian guests and they said it was great too. I really like my smoker.see moreof the reviewer's review

I have been looking for the right smoker for some time now. After looking at dozens of models and reviews for those models on multiple site I settle on this. I made the right call. Easy to set up and easy to operate. Very easy to operate and maintain a even smoking temperature. The 18 inch model...see moreof the reviewer's review
