My Ist purchase, the Wen Saw broke. Called Wen no parts available. When received the blade was extended to its max with tightening not an option. Searched other pole saws. Due to prices I purchased another Wen 4019 to use for spare parts. Wen customer service proved to be lacking, to say the least. When my 2nd saw arrived the blade was also extended to its limits.

I needed it badly but the extension doesn’t work at all. There is no support to hold it so if I try to extend the length it always fall down. Maybe I go the defective one

Saw worked great the first time I used it. Second time it started making a grinding noise inside the housing. less than an hour of total runtime. I sent a message to the warranty contact for Wen, I received an email stating I would receive a response from a service tech in 1-5 business days. I've heard nothing back. Today is business day six. Now Target.com says I'm over 90 days past ordering and I can't even return it. Even if they send me new parts, it will likely fail again. Worst thing I've ever bought from Target in my life. Zero Stars...!
