A soothing, empowering picture book about the ups and downs and unknowns of life, reminding the reader that no matter whatever comes, you can make it through. The gentle, lyrical and child-centric text captures different situations kids (and adults too) face that may be scary, unsettling or simply unknown. The vibrant, inclusive illustrations - including colorful butterflies that mirror the nervous butterflies these situations may set aflight in bellies and brains - capture the of change and challenge that kids can worry about, as well as the sense of victory and relief when tomorrow's unknown becomes yesterday's not-so-scary memory. Includes practical kid-appropriate tips on managing worry and anxiety.
