The sweet possibilities are endless with these easy-melt vanilla flavored bright white wafers. Use them to dip strawberries, drizzle them on pretzels or mold into shaped candies. They can also be used to decorate cakes, cookies and cupcakes, because everything's better when it's covered in candy.
Terrible experience. I have used these for years and years and somehow they have gone from quarter size discs to dime size and they are awful to work with. They won’t stick to top of pretzles and they melt and turn crusty and are horrible to use. Even adding Crisco or vegetable oil to them don’t help smooth it out. Why did they go to these little discs I don’t know. But the large ones are wonderful. Do not buy these small dime size discs.
As others have stated, I use melted chocolate pretty frequently but normally use regular white or chocolate. Wanted to try the brighter version but after I melted it, it got this weird skin on it when I went to dip anything and was not thin like usual. Thought it overheated but was on low the entire time. Even added shortening and it still kept doing it but then there was just an oily aftertaste. Don't waste your time..
I use Wilton candy melts regularly for birthdays and bake sales. I have no issues with the other colours. This bright white however is a nightmare. I thought I had overheated the first batch as I did it on the stove top, although that is my regular way. So I did it again in my Wilton candy melter. Same results. Thick thick thick. I don't know what I'm supposed to cover with that. Horrible experience. Very disappointing. I will try adding vegetable oil as I've seen on other sites stating the same problem as me. Other colours are great. This one not so much.
White choc is the worst...tried other colors work ok (not perfect but acceptable) but white chocolate is unacceptable at all. Hope Wilton have a perfect melt choc line in the near future for customers have no experience for tempering chocolate.
Please don't buy this product and waste your money!!!!

I've been using Wilton Candy Melts Brigt White for years. Just bought a new batch with the bright dots on the packaging and was so displeased with the results. Can't be compared with the old recipe. Will never buy them again and I'm sending not used bags back. Why, Wilton???
I use your candy melts for my cake pops and I'm sad that you have changed the formula to this product. Doesn't taste the same, melt the same, nothing. Extremely disappointed in this product now. The bigger wafers melt fantastic-the small, new product is awful.
