Q: The description says this silicon muffin pan can withstand heat up to 500F but in the comments
section (someone asked about using it in an air fryer), the max temp was 375F. I normally use 400F.
So, which max cooking temp is correct - 500F or 375F?
submitted by Lee - 2 years ago
A:Â Hi, Lee! Our Silicone pans are oven-safe up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Q: Can this be used in an air fryer?
submitted by Diane - 2 years ago
A:Â Hi Diane - Yes, the Easy-Flex Silicone Muffin & Cupcake Pan can be used in an air fryer and is safe for temperatures up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
I was looking for a nonstick muffin tray and I'm glad I found this. Easy to use, easy to clean, and the best part is the nonstick feature where your baked goods slide right out. No need for paper liners. It's true that it does stain after only a few uses but overall, for the price and quality, I'm happy with my purchase.

so far it cooks well and mini-quiches do not stick. It should come with companion metal sheets on which to transfer it to the oven without spilling the liquids! it is very tricky to get the very flexible silicone to the oven!

My favorite Mother-in-law gave me the Easy Flex Silicone 6 Muffin Pan for Christmas to use at our next bake-off. She didn't realize she basically conceded any attempt to unseat me as the reigning Champion. I've "practiced" since the 25th, and never have my muffins been better. Good luck, SB! Baker Phil

i absolutly love this stuff. ... it is very easy to get stuff out of the molds you just have to use two hands to hold it! i have used these molds for breads and cupcakes and regular cakes and it even cleans pretty easy and they also last pretty long too ... i feel like they last longer than a pan because a pan never gets super clean after the first hundred times you use it.

The first time I used these I thought it would be a mess. But I just sprayed them and they worked great. I do suggest putting on a cookie sheet before putting in oven as it makes it much easier to handle, you just have to remember to take them off the pan once you pull them out or the heat from both will make the cupcakes harder to remove once it cools down.
