Adding a review to note that a previous review is correct. These are not the standard Wilton Performance cake pans because the sides are not straight, they are slightly flared. I’m an advanced baker so I would’ve returned, but these were part of gift and will work fine for those not too concerned about building precise layer cakes.

These cake pans are not PERFORMANCE cake pans. The other Wilton performance cake pans have sides that are straight up & down. These are flared, which makes it harder to frost a multi layer cake.

Love my Wilton pans they never fail I don’t think they stain and they clean well. I do have to keep an eye on the oven so that the cakes don’t burn depending on the recipe it might take longer or shorter to bake so always check on it to get the perfect golden hue you desire. It can be a bit hard to pull out the cake maybe I need more butter on the center but I still love this and my 8 inch cake pans and cookie sheets are all perfect. Even good cook 10 x15. Was perfect for me no bending no stains!

Excellent quality pans! Baking is as much a part of my life as breathing oxygen. I have an embarrassing amount of baking cookbooks. And I've invested the same care and time in acquiring my bakeware. These classic, dependable, aluminum cake pans have consistently provided beautiful rises in all of my cakes. I am a home baker. Special events, holidays, birthdays. When someone in the family needs a cake, they come to me. I love doing it! These pans have always worked spectacularly. Used with the directions and a bit of baking common sense, the cakes slide right out. Not only would I not hesitate to but then again, I just ordered another set of them.
I bought 2 of these pans for a special occasion at work.

I oiled and floured as directed by my recipe directed. With both pans the cake stuck to the bottom so badly that I could not salvage the cake.

I brought these aluminum cake pans a few weeks ago and was very impressed with them I went back and bought two more cakes pans. The cakes doesn't stick to the pan and they bake evenly. Also easy to clean
