I wear a size 8.5 shoe, so I ordered the M/L. It is way too big. The part that goes up the heel is very low, and the entire inside is very slippery. Washing instructions mention hot water might melt the grippers, so I can’t deliberately try to shrink them. I’m exchanging for a smaller size. I will wait & see if the interior is so slippery that it is unsafe to wear them. It is a definite possibility.
