Women's Long Sleeve Midi Empire Waist Dress - A New Day™ Black

I'm 5"2 and 210 lbs with a d40 breast size. I took size XXL and it fits just right . This dress is all the way to my ankles . I love it .

I wanted to like this dress so much, but the skirt material looked just a little cheap, and the top did not work well for me as a larger chested person.

Love the cut, type of fabric, how it fits EXCEPT THE ARMS. They are not proportional to the rest and extremely tight.

Soft fabric, beautifully draped bubble hem skirt , so flattering, the top fits off the shoulders, i bought a XXl to have a little more room uptop 38 DDD, and the top fit perfectly but the waist was a little roomy and i dont mind that. I love this dress .

Love this dress. I did purchase an XL but could have gotten a L. For reference I am 5’2” and about 200lb.

This dress is adorable! From the way the hem falls, to the perfect sleeve length and the little bit of shoulder showing to make it fun but still classy. Super flattering as well. I sized down 1 from my normal size because that was all that was in store and it fits perfectly!

It's huge! This is made so big that it doesn't make sense. I wish I had sized down before they sold out. I may keep and have it altered bc I like the material . Ugh

Purchased this dress for a dressy occasion and it stole the show. I paired it with a pearl necklace, pearl earrings, and black slung back shoes from Zara, and oh my. Fabulous!

I was a little apprehensive when I purchased this dress b/c I'm 5'3, 190lbs but the large fit well. Depending on where you carry your weight I could have went with a M and been ok as well. The dress is so classy, the poof hemline isn't too much, just perfect and it's such a classy dress. I'm wearing it for my sisters promotion, so i'm debating on a heel or a suede black boot.

This is the cutest dress ever! I am 5’0 with a thicker waist, but this dress gives me shape. It looks so elegant with a wide belt and a pair of slingbacks, and the perfect length for petite women.

I contemplated on sizing down for an overall more fitted style but probably the sleeves would’ve been too snug. I did still like the look though. It is a style I probably wouldn’t choose initially but after trying it on it definitely is recommendable. The poofy parachute like bottom kinda flares out and is partnered with the off the shoulder boat neck style exuding a bit of glam. It was surprisingly pretty comfortable as well. Pair it with some heels for a fancy dinner outing. For reference I’m 5’4” and measure at 32-28-38. I received an incentive to write this review.

The small fit well, however, I think I could’ve gone down to an extra small as the dress has such a wonderful fit with plenty of room. I don’t think you could go wrong with the size you typically wear or a size smaller. I absolutely love the fabric and feel of this dress as it flows when I walk. This fit so well and was super comfortable! The material was so soft and I could have worn this for hours. There were also pockets in the dress which is a huge bonus!
