I love these leggings, they’re perfectly high waisted and I love how they have pockets! Perfect with a tank top and flannel or just a pullover. I recommend sizing down because it does run a little large. I’m a 2X and I got 1X and it fits perfectly.

These leggings have no compression at all. They are also very loose around the waist. I even tried a smaller size and it fit everywhere except the waist, the waist band kept sliding down and loose still, it wasn't fitted to my waist. I think if your smaller in the waist but have hips and a booty they probably won't fit right either. As for the material, it felt very cheap. I wish target would bring back champion leggings. I have 2 pair of those that are about 5 years old and they are holding up and they look good still, that brand was a real quality brand.

I have sampled many of the leggings from Target and these were the best!!! They actually stayed up and were very comfortable. I’ve worn them to the gym and just around the house running after my kids and they always stayed up and never needed to be readjusted. They are thick enough to not worry about being see-thru or ripping, but also thin enough that they are not those thick hard to move type. I am plus size and between two sizes and sizes down for fear of them falling down, but not sure if this is necessary.
