How to measure

  • Bust

    Measure across the fullest part of your bust, keeping tape measure level.

  • Torso

    Run tape measure from the top of your shoulder,between your legs & up again back to where you started.

  • Waist

    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortably loose, level line around that point.

  • Hip

    Stand with your feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of your hips & Seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit well. Now measure along the seam from the crotch to the leg opening.

Cheap and Thin- and not in a good way!

While the design and cut of this shirt is so cute, it is tissue paper thin. Obviously I know with a white top it will probably be see through and a cami is necessary underneath, but this shirt is so see through that having to wear a tank top underneath changes the entire look and silhouette of the top. It just looked cheap! This was a return for me!

This shirt is a rare score. Target needs to make more like it.

For reference, I'm 5'6", w a tummy & am167lbs. The XL fit is true to size. Usually shirts are too short for my body type, but not this one. It sits perfectly below my hips. It's impossible to find a 100% cotton shirt w such adorable detail under $50. The tuxedo ruffles on the front, & the small ruffles at the end of the sleeves. 😍👌 I love it & ordered the white one as well.

Realllly cute top. There is not a lot of stretch which can be inconvenient for arm movement. I bought the brown in a small but I have broad shoulders so I'm thinking about sizing up for the white The details are lovely. I would prefer a feminine cut hem that is higher on the sides instead of the straight across hem on this. It would be more flattering and more versatile to wear tucked or untucked. Still really good though. For the price I don't think you'll find much better.

Cute blouse

I bought the shirt in white. I normally wear large but was not available in store so I tried the xl and fit well. There is no stretch so once I wash I think it will fit well around the chest and will be comfortable. I saw a similar shirt on Jcrew for over 100. I love the small feminine details of the shirt. The shirt is lightweight for las vegas hot days. This will also work in winter with a cardigan.

Cute top with lots of nice details. I’m a medium with wider shoulders, short torso and 36B. Medium fit perfectly with a tiny bit of room so doesn’t cling to all the belly bumps even though the material is thin. I’m keeping but expect to have to iron it before wear.

I'm really happy with these shirts. I bought the brown first, and then decided I wanted the white one, too. I think it just depends on what you want. Yes, they are a bit boxy, but that's in style right now. The fabric is very thin, which some may not like, but I love it! Hats off to Universal Thread for making 100% cotton shirts. The details with the tucks and the ruffles are beautiful and very much appreciated at this price point. I hope Universal Thread continues down the path of offering clothes like this.
