Women's U-Neck Slim Fit Tank Top - A New Day™

This was a failure at trying to recreate last year's amazing tanks (which I probably have around 8 of). It's sitting awkward on your chest area. Not fitting quite right. The fabric is OK, but the overall fit is just not right. Returning all 5 I just purchased online. Bring back the original design.

I love the material and overall comfort of this tank, but this is the first Target tank top in years (and I've been wearing them since the Merino/Mossimo days) that hasn't fit me perfectly in a size medium. The length is good for my average torso (I'm 5-10, but mostly legs) and the bust is fine (34C). But it gaps noticeably at my armpits and couldn't be worn out of the house without a tee over the top. A size small might work, but might be tight elsewhere.

I absolutely love the way this top fits my body. I bought a medium and it was great. I would size up next time for a looser fit. It hugs the breast area perfectly. I’ve worn it a couple of times and I’ve only hand wash and line dry. It hasn’t shrunk or list color.

I have several white and black ones as they are really a nice fit, love the u-neck and they look polished under a jacket with a skirt, or I can wear with jeans or shorts. Very versatile and the price is FABULOUS. They are a staple in my wardrobe. I like the fit very much.

NOTHING like how these used to be!! Target, please bring back the old style! I bought so many of these last year and wanted to buy even more this year. This new version is awful. The fabric quality is cheap, stiff and unflattering. The cut is boxy and baggy (in a bad way). Zero stretch. Just terrible. The old ones looked and felt expensive and I always got compliments. These look and feel like a drugstore tank top. SO BUMMED. I returned everything.

No stretch, weird fit.

The cut is off. It accentuated my bust but the arm holes were very loose and you could see my bra from the side because it puckered out. The color is a beautiful neutral blush mauve but unfortunately it looks so bad it's going back.

Perfect black little t-shirt

The item fits well and is a great staple piece, but when I received it in the mail, the bodysuit had deodorant stains all over the sides.

This shirt is horrible compared to the version they used to have. I bought the 2022 version and have loved it for a while. Went to get more and the shirt I saw on screen didn't even look like the one I owned. And despite the reviews I wanted to see in person if it was close enough to get several colors. Don't waste your time, this is the worst top I've ever purchased from Target. It is somehow too big and too small at the same time. Just like others reported, the arm areas have this odd gapping. And the material feels cheap, like if you wash it a few times, it will get a hole somewhere and just get bigger with each wash. Target, Please bring back the original ribbed light cotton version of this!

No longer has the stretch of the original style. Way too long as well.

Perfect basic shirt for work in Florida heat

Not the same as previous year when it comes to quality and fit.

I woudln't pay full price for it, but when it's on sale it is great for wearing under a blazer or cardigan. It is on the thin side and will show every strap line, bump and buldge.

Reading the reviews about the fabrication buying and needed to add my two sense. I’ve bought the ones a few years ago and loved them but I actually like this new fabrication BETTER! It seem to almost shape my body more, I love that it’s form fitting and stretchy and over all a very flattering fit

I have this in two different colors. The material is thick and very stretchy. You can’t see through the white at all. I sized up because I don’t like my shirts super tight, but I feel like this shirt is very flattering. I plan on buying more colors since they’re so cheap!

Obsessed with this tank but size down! I’m a large and bought a small and it hugs beautifully!!

I LOVE this tank! I have 3 colors. I took my smaller size XS in this and I love the fit!

This color is nice and the style would be nice under a swater or blazer. This said, the cut and sewing around fronts of arms cause it to gap (so it doesn't lay against body correctly). Try on before you buy so you're sure it fits your body correctly.

Form fitting, not a lot of stretch, but still comfy enough. I usually wear a small, but am able to wear an extra small in this top
