Zipper broke on 2 different coats

First coat we bought at full price - zipper broke immediately and wouldn't zip. We returned and bought second coat (same color and size) during a half-off sale. Got it and zipper seemed OK. Washed it and then zipper became stuck. Now the zipper cannot come undone so you have to step in and out of the coat (like it's pants or a skirt) in order to get it on and off. Definitely not convient but the coat itself it fully, warm and looks great on. Really wish the zipper worked like a normal zipper!

This looked so cute online. I got the blue in size Small. I’m 5’5, 112 lbs, 34b. While the coat had lots of room, expect the arms you couldn’t wear a thick sweater underneath due to the arms. And I have skinny arms. So the body was spacious, the arms had no extra room. The weird elastic stretch waist string obviously won’t last long. Also had a small metal stopper that was the wrong design for the coat. The coat is super warm. I cinched the waist cause it was so loose and I looked like a stuffed marshmallow. I have other winter warn coats that don’t add mega volume that look way better. I can’t wear this. I look ridiculous. This coat instantly makes you look much bigger than it should. I thought about exchanging for the extra small cause the coat is so big. BUT the arms barely fit in the size small. I see now why some said this coat ran small and ran big. So this is just a weird design. I had no problems with the zipper. And the blue was duller in person. Maybe if I was 6 feet or taller? If you can pull this off good luck to you.

This is an affordable good choice. It's puffy and smooth on the inside. The inside of the hood is so soft, fuzzy and warm, even the inside collar of the coat. The color isn't as baby blue as it appears in the picture which I was a bit relieved about. It's more of a "dusty blue." Here's what cost it the 5th ⭐️. The zipper is plastic, not metal, but then again that helps it be affordable. Secondly, there is a pull tie inside so you can cinch in your waste. Maybe it works better for smaller sizes. For the 2x I bought it should've be lowered because it hits right under the breasts. However, I just left it loose then. Decent coat. 👍🏻

I bought this in a pinch as my regular winter coat is elsewhere. I took the advice of the other reviews and sized up one size and that width was good for my body which is usually a medium/size 8. The only big issue is that is it made for a very short person. I am medium height but my arms protrude way out of the sleeves and the hem doesn't even cover my butt when I sit. The neck is a little tight too is button all the way. But for the money it's very warm and the large pockets are handy. The waist bungee didn't stay tight so I had to tie it as well, but for 40 bucks on sale I'm happy enough for right now. If you are petite, you'll like it. If you are 5'6" or above, it will be a struggle.

I love the versatility of this coat! I can take the fur off or leave it on. The length is just right with my 5’3” height. The color goes with every scarf in my wardrobe. It has snaps. The zipper is a split one where the coat can be zipped to a higher level. The six pockets are very convenient. Very nice coat and wish they were all made like this one!!!
