Use the tips & visuals in this guide to take body measurements accurately & easily.

How to measure

  • Bust

    Measure across the fullest part of your bust, keeping tape measure level.

  • Torso

    Run tape measure from the top of your shoulder,between your legs & up again back to where you started.

  • Waist

    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortably loose, level line around that point.

  • Hip

    Stand with your feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of your hips & Seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit well. Now measure along the seam from the crotch to the leg opening.

Shapeless

This tank top is shapeless and unflattering. I wish Target would go back to being able to design a workout tank top that has a bit of shape to it, but that is not tight or cropped. Target used to have them, they are in my drawer, but I can’t find them anymore and I am getting tired of taking a chance on these shapeless tank tops. I just ended up having to return them. Even when Target has these on a big sale, it’s still not worth the few dollars to buy them because I won’t wear them. I got an XS, I’m 5’3”, 105lbs.

Yay for longer workout tops!

I was thrilled when I saw these longer length tanks in-store at my Target. They fit well, cover my front bits, great for larger busts, and wash well too. Heads up that they are a tad bit see-thru, so wear a bra similar in color underneath. I’m 5’7”, 38H, and wearing an XL for reference.
