I bought 3 pair of these pants when the Merona brand was discontinued as and associate told me they were the same pants. While the fit is similar to the Merona these pants are a much lower quality. Returned after wearing 2 hours and a loose seam. Pants began to fall apart almost immediately. Return was simple. Did not fit as expected. Curvy is a misused word in the title. And why, oh why, do companies continue to put slit pockets on women's hips?!?

My main issue with all pants is they fit great around the hips but are always too lose around the waist; these pants help alleviate that issue! Short is still not short

These fit about right but the length for a short is still about 1.5-2" long so they're still going to need to be hemmed for most people. Fabric is heavier than you'd expect but that's not really a bad thing. There are no pockets.
