Very disappointing and uncomfortable

The sweatshirt arrived with tags, but I am wondering if they were just reattached with a tag gun. The sweatshirt appears as if it has been worn and washed a few times. The inside is pilling, and scratchy, unlike other new sweatshirts I have purchased which are smooth and soft on the inside. The outside even has mild pilling. It is uncomfortable, and doesn't look or feel new. Not the quality I am used to from Target.

Terrible quality

This is the worst sweatshirt I’ve ever purchased. The entire inside is completely peeled, as if it’s already been heavily worn. What makes this even more frustrating is that I used drive-up pickup, so I didn’t discover the issue until I got home and fully looked at it. Now I’m forced to waste my own time and gas to go back to the store just to return a defective item. Completely unacceptable. Terrible quality and a terrible experience.
