Love these pants! Feel exactly like the Free People ones, just a bit higher waisted. I’m 5’4 and they are the perfect length. Be careful washing the purple pair for the first time as it bleeds. Wash with dark colors!

Love the barrel style. I normally wear a size 4 in all target brand pants, however, Sizing is a little off and had to go with a 2…. I am 5’5 and definitely too long for me. Wish there were a shorter option. Sent these back!

If you’re looking for the dupe these are great. The rise is much higher than FP. I think the rise on those is very short so they sit right at the hip. If you are a curvy person you might need to size up if you want the waist to sit low. I don’t mind wearing them high. Really comfy and well made. Think I might get all the colors.

These were super cute when I got them, but first time I got something on them and tried to use oxiclean left bleach like stains all over them. You should be able to use oxiclean on cotton and Lyocell. My best guess is because they are garment dyed. And the rest of the purple dyed everything in three separate washes with it.

Love these pants so much, I bought more than one color. I at first purchased the 8, and while it fits, I also bought the 10 to wear when I want a more slouchy, baggy fit. I’m 5’6, 155. I wouldn’t say you need to size down, just really depends on how you want them to fit.

I sized up two sizes (usually a 10 if I want pants to fit “normally” and a 12 if I want them more low slung and baggy.) Got a 14 and they are so cute! Love the purple color (def more purple than burgundy.) I’m 5’8 so if I got them smaller to be high rise they would’ve been too short so if you’re tall definitely size up so they’re slouchy.

This hits the smallest point of your waist, so I had to return to size down. But they’re very cute and COMFORTABLE!

Love the fabric and the cut, wish they had a Tall option. I’m 5’7, 135lbs 37.5in hips, 28in waist at its smallest. I ordered both a 2 and a 4 and tried them on high-rise. The 2 is way too small, the 4, which is what I usually wear, fits pretty well. It maybe does lean a tiny bit snug and the seam gives me a bit of a wedgie because I’m taller. I think I may try the 6 so that I can wear them lower and have a bit more length. They hit me at an awkward place where they’re not quite short enough to be an ankle pant, not long enough to be full-length. My theory about the sizing comments being all over the place is that it’s a Target quality control issue and the sizing is not consistent. Once I ordered a skirt in both a 2 and 4 and the 2 was bigger. If returns are easy for you, I recommend just ordering a couple different sizes to try. Please excuse the toddler hand prints on my mirror in the photos lol
