    These are my only pair of Barrel Jeans. I bought these because of the patchwork on the sides of the legs. I think they are a unique and fantastic design. Also I bought other jeans at Target the size and fit were always perfect for me. I am 5 ft 4" tall; curvy, wear a size 14 Regular 32" waist and 44" hips. I love these even though there is a small gap in the back which wearing the thread or a belt can help.

The rope belt is stitched on in one spot behind middle back belt loop. I patiently but easily removed the stitching with a seam ripper and now can wear the belt only if I want.

    Very cute! Be warned that the rope belt is sewn on at the back. Not sure how it will wash with it. I worry it will get damaged and start to fray, and I have the same concern if I attempt to remove the stitch. I’m 4’11 140 lbs purchased both size 10 regular and 8 regular; and decided to keep the 8 regular. They don’t stretch, but barrel jeans naturally run wider so take that into consideration when making your decision. If you lean towards a boho style you’ll love these!
