Not For Pear Shaped Gals

So the material is great on these- so soft and feel like they would be one of those jeans you’d grab for every day and forget about your other ones. However- they did not fit my body. I’m pear shaped and have a 26” waist with 40-41” hips/butt and thick thighs. Despite those measurements I’ve been always a size 4 sometimes a size 6. These jeans are very tight in the butt/hip area to where it smashes my butt down. Also- the waist gaps a bit on the 4 but the 6 waist has at least 3” of gap. Huge gap! I always like to give measurements as I feel that’s more of a true and accurate gauge to how jeans/pants will fit. So- if you’re thinner on the bottom these might work for you. This has been the problem with these vintage jean styles - they aren’t the best for pear shaped bodies due to the waist gap and tighter in the hip/butt. We need stretch Can Target make curvy jeans please? 🙏🏼

Cute but small

Super cute and affordable but they run very small. Usually I’m a size 6 and I tried a size 8 because I wanted a looser fit and I couldn’t even zip them. I had to get a size 10 and they aren’t loose by any means.

Great for the price!

I would’ve given these 5 stars if they didn’t stretch out after just two wears. I’m normally a size 2, but went with a 4 after trying them on in store because they were more flattering through the thighs and rear, with only a little extra room in the waist. I still love them, but I’ll definitely need to wash after each wear to keep the fit. The regular length was perfect. For reference, I’m 5’7” and 120 lbs.

Wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing these. Heard great things from others online. Entirely too small in the waist/hips- I don’t even think the next size up would fit. But great in the legs. Size way up if you’re curvy or just find a different pair of pants.

Sizing is all over the place

These jeans truly are good. They look and feel like far more expensive denim. The main issue is the sizing is all over the place. Because of my line on work, I pretty much always have a tape measure in my bag. I measured the waist on 4 different pairs of these jeans. There was a 2 inch difference in the waist size between the 4 pairs that I measured. I'm not saying not to get these jeans, they are a steal! However, I'd try them on before purchasing.

Really nice TTS jeans.

These are really nice jeans for the price. However, I’ll need to return. I listened to the reviews and went up a size and they were huge! They definitely have stretch so I’m confused by these reviews. I also got regular length because the short has been sold out but they are also too long for me (I’m 5’3). If they ever come back in stock I will definitely purchase the short in my normal size!

Beautiful rigid cotton drnim

Really appreciate finding inexpensive 99% cotton denim at Target. Beautiful denim, love the vintage washes. I personally found that these run more TTS if not a little large, but I am definitely more straight figured - smaller waist to hip ratio. I’m typically a 24 or 25 in denim and purchase the size 2. I’d like to return for the size 0 but it’s been sold out for a while. They’re already a little big and I’m afraid they’ll stretch out more because of the rigid cotton composition. Might keep them just for that comfy pair of jeans for weekends. Also - I wish there were additional inseams. At 5’-6” the 30” inseam hits in a weird spot: too long to be cropped but too short to wear with most flat shoes. Wish they were an inch or two longer!
