  • Bust

    Measure across the fullest part of your bust, keeping tape measure level.

  • Torso

    Run tape measure from the top of your shoulder,between your legs & up again back to where you started.

  • Waist

    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortably loose, level line around that point.

  • Hip

    Stand with your feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of your hips & Seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit well. Now measure along the seam from the crotch to the leg opening.

    Delivered dirty, twice

    Ordered the dress in white. It was delivered shopworn with dirt all over like it had been dragged on the floor. Ordered a replacement at no charge (thank you Target), but the replacement sadly arrived with dirt on it too. Not sure if they originate from a warehouse or a store location, but the quality isn’t being checked before shipping.

    Make more colors! Love it

    Absolutely love the fit of this dress so I purchased the black and white. I am 5’9” 185 and the large is great but I did size down to a medium and it’s excellent. I’ve even washed and dried it with no issues at all! I would love a periwinkle color with no pattern! I’m in love with this dress!

    Swim dress? Maybe not!

    I really wanted to love this dress because the colors and fabric are beautiful. Unfortunately, there are several major issues that make it hard to recommend. First, the built-in bra cups seem to be designed for very small-chested women. I’m only a C-cup and still found that the top lacked proper coverage and support. Second, the shorts underneath are see-through, which is a huge problem considering how short the dress already is. Whether you’re wearing it as a sporty dress or a swimwear, the shorts don’t provide much modesty or privacy. I planned to use this as a swim dress, and I can only imagine the transparency getting worse once wet. Third, the dress offers very little structure or shaping. If you’re hoping for any kind of smoothing or supportive fit, this dress doesn’t provide it. Finally, I also found the sizing to be a bit large. I am normally a medium, but I chose the small for more support. I love the design, but not sure if I am keeping this dress. Overall, the fabric itself feels great and is definitely a cooling and quick-dry fabric, but the overall design misses the mark. If this dress shifts or flips in the water, be prepared for far more exposure than most people would be comfortable with.

    I like this dress. The bra part is a little see-through so I removed the removable pads since they showed through the fabric and I just use cakes nipple covers instead. I’m usually an XS and the S fits great. I always size up in this brand.

    Very cute

    Really cute on, gives a nice shape. I'm 5'2", 125lbs, athletic build and the small fits perfect. I'm typically an extra small in most Target brands like A New Day, but in JL dresses I'm a small. I wish the bike shorts were a little looser, as they tend to ride up my athletic thighs, but not a big deal. I plan to wear this on a cruise/excursion.

    If you have any discrepancy between your size on top vs bottom, this dress will likely be an issue. I have wider hips from childbirth but my top is very small. Most dresses are tight enough to accommodate both, this one has a much looser top. Also quite short. ALSO, the shorts are completely attached. What is this, 2025? Who makes an athletic dress these days without partially detached shorts for using the restroom??
