Women's Maxi A-Line Dress - A New Day™

Extremely comfortable and classy looking! I love that it has pockets as well. I wore this dress on a cruise ship and got lots of compliments. I like that it’s simple yet chic looking. One of my absolute favorite outfits! I’m in between sizes but have a smaller chest so I sized down.

This dress is so versatile. Looks good with a Jean jacket, a cardigan, a blazer, or all by itself.

Adorable, LOVE the red color. However, if you’re petite, the seam where the top meets the skirt portion falls way too low and at my hips. It made me look frumpy. Too bad. If the seam were at my waist, I would have definitely kept it. Unfortunately, I had to return it. For reference, I’m 5’3”.

I purchased this dress to wear to a wedding. I wasn’t a huge fan of how it fit where the bodice and skirt came together (it was loose and bumpy) so I added a wide belt to pull it together. Then I loved it! The dress is extremely comfortable! I am a pear-shape at 5’7” and 150 lbs. I purchased an XS. The top fit well and there was plenty of room for my wider hips under the generous skirt. I received a lot of compliments on my dress at the reception.

So comfortable and can be dressed up or down. Love this dress. Wish it came in better colors for me.

The quality was amazing. Also bought a back up at Dillard’s and the quality was identical. Very classy and expensive quality.

Drop waist just doesn’t work for me, which the waist came up higher.

This dress is a bit of an anomaly... The poplin skirt part is excellent medium weight quality, that drapes beautifully, but that is the extend of the positive. I am 5'10", size 4-6, ordered the XS and the colar part was literally choking me, also the little mockneck looks off under a cardi or a sweater. Length is perfect, even on my tall frame. Reordered in S, lets see how it fits...

I ordered a black and a red one online for pickup, thinking I'd return one - but loved it so much, I kept them both! At $28 each, it was a no-brainer! Great dress for this transitional time of year and perfect for travel - can be dressed up or down. Luxe, heavy quality, and pockets to boot. Neck was a bit snug to get over the head but not terribly so - probably better that it is so that it keeps its shape. Love this mock neck sleeveless style - so flattering! Can hardly wait to style and wear it out and about!

I love how comfortable the dress is, and the pockets are an added bonus!

The top is of a stretchy material that is very thick and not see-through at all. The bottom cotton is also very thick and not see-through, but also not stretchy . I would say this dress runs big. I could probably downsize two sizes because the top should be more formfitting and the bottom is meant to be looser. I am 5 foot 5 inches tall and the length is perfect. Hitting the top of my foot. Sizing is off, too tight around neck, and huge bottom of the dress.

Obsessed with this dress. I bought it in three colors. I’m 5’6” and 180 lbs. wearing a L. I could probably size down to a M but I prefer a looser fit. The pockets are deep. The dress washes and wears beautifully.

Feels and looks a lot more expensive than it is- the top holds its shape and the skirt has a nice luster. The brown is a lovely deep carmel color. I agree with the other reviews about sizing down. My regular size S was loose in the waist and not quite right, but the XS hit correctly. The mock neck is really very narrow and not easy to get on, I hope the fabric holds up over time. All said, a very nice dress.

The top is sleeveless with a mock turtleneck. The bottom is flowy and not form fitting at all. Where the materials meet in the middle it forms a waistline. This dress also has pockets. You could easily wear this by itself or pair with a jacket or cardigan. I received an incentive to write this review.
