  • Bust

    Measure across the fullest part of your bust, keeping tape measure level.

  • Torso

    Run tape measure from the top of your shoulder,between your legs & up again back to where you started.

  • Waist

    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortably loose, level line around that point.

  • Hip

    Stand with your feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of your hips & Seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit well. Now measure along the seam from the crotch to the leg opening.

    Target, why?

    This dress was so close to being a keeper for everyday wear. (The fabric is too heavy and the shelf bra ill-suited for wear during exercise, at least for me.) Unlike the other pieces I got, there’s no weird seam at the waist cutting me in half, but the arm holes are cut oddly. They are cut in from the lower edge into the bust and then sweep back out to the shoulder strap, so the side of your bust will be a bit exposed. It also means that when viewed from the front, it highlights the soft bit of arm and chest at your armpit. It’s really unflattering.
