Women's Open-Back Maxi Dress - A New Day™ Black XS

It’s a very cute dress! It fit perfectly except for the length (if I kept it I would have needed to take at least 5 inches off the bottom which would have ruined the ruffle). If you rely on smocking so that you can say you’re a size smaller than you actually are, you will think this dress runs small. But I promise, it’s very TTS. You just can’t lie about your size to yourself with this dress. I normally wear a medium. I size up to a large when I want hinges more casual. This dress is meant to be fitted so take your actual size. I only returned because of the excess length and because although I *adore* polka dots, this dress just screamed Minnie Mouse when I tried it on, and I’m not a Disney parent. :)) If you love Minnie Mouse, this is your dress for sure!! Very flattering, great shade of red.

Very pretty dress, the fabric is soft and easy to iron. I bought it online, but it's already available at my favorite Target. (Red Color) Very happy with this purchase and the support from the Target staff.

My new absolute fave!!! It fits to a T. I thought the side zipper would stick out but it doesn’t. It had a side zip and the cross cross tie so it adjusts. You can see it in my pic a little but it’s not tied all the way. It’s a true red. Not see through. Just perfect summer. I’m 5’6 and 120 and 46 years old. This is for a grad party

This dress is stunning and fits like a glove! For reference I am a curvy 160lbs 5’6 and a 34DD and a medium fit like a glove! Can’t wait to wear it on my upcoming vacation!

I love it. The quality is really good. It’s quite long on me, I’m 5’2 but it’s easily fixed with heels. It’s very comfortable.

This dress runs small. I typically wear a small but it was too tight in the torso. Unfortunately, the medium was a lot larger and was too big. it's such a pretty dress, too bad it has an odd fit.

Definitely need to go up one size!

This dress is a Bombshell! I thought I might be a bit too old for this one at 64 but Wowza it is so great looking and shows off your curves in all the right ways. It definitely runs small, my usual dress size currently is a medium or large and I had to size up to an XXL to get it to fit. the material does not have any stretch but do yourself a favor and pick this one up before they're sold out! I am wearing my own jacket in the photo.

Runs small thru torso. Pictures don’t show that dress is actually fit-n-flare cut - has princess seams running through torso, and it’s closed w side zipper. Dress does not fall loosely from under bust. Instead it’s closely fitted down to waist, then flares out. I’m returning my usual size and ordering two sizes larger in hopes it will fit, bc it’s really charming style!

5’8 163 and the M was perfect

Fell in love with this dress as soon as I put it on. Love the pok-a-dot and absolutely love the shade of red. Fit is very comfortable. The material is soft with a little bit of give. Length is perfect, I’m about 5’5.

Beautiful dress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am wearing a size large in this A New Day black Maxindress with an open back that ties. This has a side zipper that allows you to step into the dress with easy. You can also tie the back as loose or tight as you would like. This is very flowy material and would be great for summer. Can also be used as a coverup.

Super cute on, my husband even commented it was worth paying to have it altered. Runs very small in the chest and big in the body. The M fit in the body (loose and flowy) the chest would not zip unless fully untied, then my boobs were coming out of everywhere. Sides, top, underarms. Yuk. I bought a large and too it in to be altered in the body. 5’9 q150 36dd

This looks like a more expensive dress. I love that the straps are adjustable and the pattern is nice! The patterned dress is a navy pattern on a light cream background. It’s hard to tell in the photo but it’s navy and not black. I’m 5’3 and it hits the floor for me but I can wear it with wedges and I’ll be fine.

Great design and fit . I’m 5’2 and the hem hits right above my feet making it easy to wear flats with this dress .

It’s very beautiful dress. Soft fabric for summer. Should size down as it’s long for my usual size.
