Never had a problem with any earrings from Target that were labeled nickel free before, but these have caused my ear piercings to hurt, itch, turn red and be all around awful to wear every time I've attempted to wear them. Once I've had them out of my ears for a day, my piercings go back to being perfectly fine, and no other pair of earrings I have caused problems either, so it's not an infection. It's definitely some sort of material in these earrings causing an allergic reaction. Just be aware that the nickel free label doesn't make it any less likely to cause an allergic reaction if you know you have sensitive skin.

I've never seen earrings with backs this short. My 10 year old daughter couldn't even wear them. Ridiculous waste of money.
