Women's Short Sleeve Pointelle Mini Sweater Dress - A New Day™

The quality of this dress is actually really good but the sizing is a little off for me. I originally ordered the small because I was afraid the fit might be tight but it ended up looking too big. The XS fits much better but is really short, and I am only 5'4". While, the built in slip is a plus, it is super tight and might ride up with wear.

Cute dress if you are on the shorter side. I’m 5 10’ and it was way to short. Material is thick and not sure if I’d consider it a dress to wear in the summer. Best for a warm fall day. True to size.

Really cute dress. I'm 4'11 and, unfortunately, this dress is too long and a bit loose for me. It'll be tough to have shortened because of the scalloped hem. I'm going to keep it and have it shortened straight across but it will lose some of it's style that way, I'm sure.

This dress is by the brand new Day, which is one of my favorites from target. It is short sleeve and a knitted sweater dress. It’s definitely nice quality and a thick enough fabric that I would save it for fall time with some really cute high boots. There is a lining inside, so you can’t see through the knitting everywhere! It felt slightly big and long proportionally so I’d say this runs big, and especially so if you are shorter than average. It is comfortable and I like the built in tank top. It is a versatile black dress as it can be dressed up or down and a good style for warmer weather. With a pop of color and the right shoes it would make for a fashionable outfit. I was surprised to see that that dress is lined so it is meant to be worn as a dress. It is great quality knit and could possibly be a little warm if worn in very hot weather especially if you get the color black. However, the dress looks and feels expensive. I can see wearing this to brunch or even to work. I wear a size 16 in dresses and purchased a 1X. The fit was perfect for me as it was not too firm hugging but also not too big. It gave me enough room to feel comfortable and without the need to wearing smoothing garments underneath. I would recommend this dress for anyone looking for something dressy casual. I am currently 175 pounds and 5 feet 8 inches tall. The sweater dress is see through but it does have a liner. I did not realize there was a liner when I first put tried it on. The sweater dress is very heavy. I could see it being warm in the hot summer months. The sweater dress is very comfortable. I received an incentive to write this review.

My measurements at the time of this review are C31 W27 H34 and weight around 120lbs. This dress fits a bit baggy, and feels heavy. It makes me feel warm, which is not always a welcome feeling on a summer day. I like the fact that there is an attached slip, since the holes are large enough to see through. Although heavy, the material is soft and moves well. I received an incentive to write this review.

Nice dress good quality

I really like this dress. It doesn’t a have a lot of shape, but it also doesn’t fit like a potato sack. I think it’s better suited to people who are 5”4 and above. If you’re a petite person, it might overwhelm you.

I’m 5’1”, ~120lb, athletic build. I ordered an XS in the black. It fit fine, hit a couple inches above the knee, but it just wasn’t flattering. No shape, felt heavy, and just made me like and feel like an old woman. I didn’t realize it was lined, which was a nice surprise, but I would never wear this.

Ota a very cute knit dress. Cream color is very elegant. The weight is pretty heavy and feels sturdy. There is a slip dress underneath, so nothing is showing. Just the sleeves are weird in design. The extra length and ruffles are like after thought add ons. The joints are almoat half way down the shoulders.
