I am 5’2 and my head is 21 inches. This hat fits a bit tight. The material was not overly warm or super comfortable. I would describe it as itchy, as most polyester fabrics tend to be. It is a blend though. The pom pom at the top of the beanie is very bright and colorful. I think you could pair it with a colorful sweater, to hang out at the mall in. This hat is a little bit heavy. Overall, this is a really cute hat. You certainly won’t get lost in a crowd with a pink and purple Pom Pom on your head. It’s a nice, thick hat and should keep you plenty warm in the cold weather. For me, personally, I think it’s a little too young for me. It’s also not entirely my style. But I would definitely buy one for my niece. I received an incentive to write this review. This is a super cute and cozy Pom hat. The Pom does not bounce back and forth when I walk like some other hats with a Pom. Very versatile with the colorful Pom and black base. Fit is true to size.
