How to measure

  • Bust

    Measure across the fullest part of your bust, keeping tape measure level.

  • Torso

    Run tape measure from the top of your shoulder,between your legs & up again back to where you started.

  • Waist

    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortably loose, level line around that point.

  • Hip

    Stand with your feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of your hips & Seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit well. Now measure along the seam from the crotch to the leg opening.

    Adorable top!!! True to size

    Such a cute flattering top!! I’ve lost some weight recently so I’m pretty in-between M and L but after reading the comments I grabbed a L and XL in store. I would say this is true to size. The large was comfortable but I could have easily done a medium. I think people are saying it’s too small because it’s cropped, which it is very cropped but also very true to size everywhere else. I’m a 34F chest and 5’2”. I immediately bought more colors online!

    I’m 5’9”, 150 lbs, 36A. I usually wear a large in activewear tops because I have broad shoulders and a muscular back. However, I needed an XL to make this top work. I have seen that with several Target active tops this season. Not sure what is going on with the sizing. Took away one star because the neckline sort of curls down on itself and won’t lay flat on both of the colors I got. You can actually see it in the pic of some of the models. Fun shirt though and it’s a unique style.

    Love these Joy Lab workout bras!

    Love the Solid Color Joylab Workout Bra’s that are high neck and come down to the waist to match the tennis skirts! They run very small and I usually go up a size for comfort! I especially love this style because it looks like a beautiful top and matches all my Lilly Pulitzer skirts. Sure wish joy-lab had more Patterns and styles similar to Lilly Pulitzer because I would buy more of the tennis skirts and active dresses if they had the separate shorts included with the dresses.     i'm normally a size 6-8/m i had to get an XXL XL could work if you like a tighter fit or have an athletic build if your chest is larger than a B, this will not fit too bad bc the top itself is cute and well made

    Wanted to love but was dissappointed

    I wanted to love this, but even with the two layers(built in bra) it was see through. You could see the pads through the shirt. Also, I sized up to a large based on reviews, but I think I could’ve stuck to my true size medium. I’m 5’8, 150lbs, 34DD and typically wear a medium. The large was fine but I think a medium would’ve been better. It may be better in the other colors but the white was definitely see through.

    This top is comically small. I’m 5’8, about 155 and 34D and took the advice of other reviewers to size up. Normally I wear a S / M in Joy Lab.     I am usually a small or xs but it looked pretty small in the store so I sized up to a medium and it still fits really small! I will keep it because it’s not the end of the world but I would suggest trying this one on before buying! If I had tried it on before I may have even gotten a large. Otherwise I love the color and style!

    Not built for ladies with bigger than C cup chests

    Got the normal size I get in tanks to accommodate my chest and the top was extremely tight and short. I don’t think sizing up would have helped. Also the built in bra pads were folding in on themselves - not an easy fix. In general, not the look I was going for, so back to the store they go.
