How to measure

  • Bust

    Measure across the fullest part of your bust, keeping tape measure level.

  • Torso

    Run tape measure from the top of your shoulder,between your legs & up again back to where you started.

  • Waist

    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortably loose, level line around that point.

  • Hip

    Stand with your feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of your hips & Seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit well. Now measure along the seam from the crotch to the leg opening.

Sizing way off. Should be W 35" H 45"

The fabric was pretty and good quality. The size L was 45" in the waist before stretched. The hip was 52". Sizing was way off. I'm sorry to return them.

I got the polka dotted one and it is cute and well made. True to its size but if you are in between sizes, you may want to go down. I styled it with plain blue top and it let's the skirt be the star vs the top and skirt being same makes it look too busy. Go for it.

Because I am 5 '3 this hits more like a maxi on me. The skirts waistine seems fairly close to the hip size. It's elastic so I kept it but I debated going down a size. Otherwise, all else is fine.

Super cute! My only wish is that the waistband be a little thicker, which would help it lay flatter on the waist, but also provide a sleeker look. Disappointment!

Fabric and style of white skirt are very nice. My complaint is I ordered 2 bottles of mayonnaise and the skirt was thrown in the same delivery box. The skirt was not even placed nicely in a plastic bag. It was so tacky, sloppy and unprofessional. What a big shock and disappointment to know your packers are not properly trained. I wonder what is going on with the Target Brand as this is not the first time I’ve received this type of lackadaisical attitude.
