Would be an absolutely precious dress if the pattern lines across the front lined up with the same fabric along the back. I can't decide if I'm going to keep it or not because it looks like a factory reject due to the misalignment. Otherwise very cute.

This dress is much prettier in person and I love how long it is. I hate it when I dress hits your ankles. This one falls all the way to the floor and it doesn’t drag. Runs small so I had to size up to a large. This dress gives me loveshack fancy vibes.

I can’t wear the dress because the store didn’t remove the theft tag. I ordered it online. If I bring the dress back can you please take off the theft clip

I love the cotton fabric, but like the other reviewer, the lining is recycled garbage (polyester/plastic). We don’t want to wear trash, so I’ll probably cut out the lining and wear a cotton slip instead. The colors are beautiful but the strips don’t lineup on the sides, so it’s not a $40 high quality dress. I also did some alterations as it’s made for a longer torso and the elastic in the back is very loose. I’m keeping it because I love the colors, and cotton, but I hope clothing makers will stop making our clothes out of garbage and use the recycling to making toilet brushes and things like that. That’s not the way to save money.

Material: The outside shell (the pattern) is 100% cotton which I love, however the inside layer is 100% recycled plastic (polyester) so essentially it’s $20 for cotton & $20 for plastic trash they get out of landfills and produce polyester yarn they use to make the other half of this dress. I’m on the fence on how I feel about that. Feel: The feel isnt terrible, it’s alright I suppose I bought it because I liked the patchwork and ruffle style & I love a halter neckline! I will say though, I’m wearing xs and I usually wear medium. If you love Altar’D State like I do but can’t afford to shop there, this is a good enough second best. At least they used 100% cotton on the outside which is extremely durable. Sizing: As aforementioned, I’m wearing xs and my traditional size is M. This is because the back of the dress bulges out and had gaping (true of all 3 other halter neckline dresses I own). It’s a side effect for lack of better words of this neckline choice. I sized down a couple sizes and that fixed it. I’d say I’m about medium chested and I don’t notice any gaping in the breast section when bending over or washing my hands (the usual culprits). Important Notes: there is some gaping in the breast section if I’m sitting slightly elevated in bed, so be careful if you wear this for a beach trip! Also, there is absolutely zero zipper or zipper or anything that I was able to find. I have an hourglass figure with full thighs and hips and it was really a challenge to put this on over them because I’m curvy. It isn’t feature defining which I like to a degree because I do eat and don’t like to define my stomach. I did attach a side view of me wearing the dress after I had taken a shower and before I’d drank or eaten anything purely unbloated. Heigh & Weight References: I’m 5’3 143lbs
