These are super huge, wish they came a whole lot smaller. No smell nor weird taste. Pill is super smooth so does go down easy. But the pill is like half the size of your pinky finger.

The vitamin is dyed pink with red 40, the label doesn’t mention that artificial dyes are used except on the ingredients list. Also the men’s version has 0 dyes in it so not sure why they felt the need to add more ingredients to this one. Will be returning if possible :/ very affordable multivitamin though!

Do NOT trust the product description on the site, they reformulated teh product and it's different now. Completely different ingredients list. Don't order this brand, they are not trustworthy since they changed the formula and will send out something completely different than what you ordered.

Bought these for my daughters and ended up taking them too. I’m over 50. My hair and nails are growing like crazy. I actually have nails now. I’m shocked! Never ever in my adult life have I grown nails. The only time my nails would grow is with gel overlay. When I stopped the gel, they were weak and would break. Now..I’m growing healthy nails on my own. Love it!! I’m also getting an energy boost. No longer feeling sluggish or needing afternoon naps. My daughters nails are growing as well.
