Other than it's styrofoam texture, the flavor is actually great for a keto cereal. I can actually manage to eat it, unlike the majority of other keto sweet treats, and it scratches the want for cereal. Try and get it on a discount though cause it's not worth it for the full price, in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm guessing the negative reviewers haven't been on keto very long. I'm on my third month and that's made my taste buds sensitive to sweets. All other keto cereals taste artificial, overly sweet or not sweet enough but this cereal is perfect.They're puffed so not very filling but they do the job. Mildly peanut butter and sweetness to them, just what I hoped for. I recommend giving them a try and I look forward to ordering the chocolate flavor.I hope this was helpful. Enjoy!

Sure, you can make some yourself, but it requires a lot of ingredients and time.This cereal is a great solution for a quick, low-carb breakfast. It's even a good value for the price, with 7 servings in each box. Just don't expect it to taste like regular cereal!I'll admit that the first time I had it, I was extremely underwhelmed with both the texture and taste. However, after a few servings, it grew on me. I am not a breakfast person and prefer to do IF throughout most of the day. However, my doctor said that I have to start eating more. Being able to pour a bowl of this cereal in the morning has been a total lifesaver for me!This cereal is great paired with my favorite unsweetened coconut milk which adds a bit of flavor. I let it sit in the bowl for a few minutes to soak up the coconut milk and soften the cereal. I think this really helps the texture and taste.I was also very happy with the serving size. Half a cup of this cereal is more than enough to keep me satiated until lunch.If you're not new to a keto, low-carb, or low-sugar lifestyle, this cereal will be an easy adjustment. I highly recommend it.

No, it's not going to be Peanut butter Captain crunch - that crap is 100% sugar - but this was definitely a decent subsitute. I eat mine with unsweetened almond milk and the cereal has a nice crunch to it. The flavor is not the peanut butter you're used to from cereals but I find it not too bad at all. The only downside for me is the price. Otherwise I'd probably buy a case. The cinnamon flavor is pretty decent too.

It has become my favorite non-weight-gaining TV-watching nighttime snack for me (and my dog)! I have a sensitivity to oats and soy so it's very hard to find cereals or protein bars that have neither ingredient. As another reviewer states, this won't taste like Reese PB Puffs cereal but you won't need to eat as much to get filled up, either. I actually eat LESS than a serving (for a change) so that justifies the price for me. I confess that I haven't had it with milk, however.

Sweetness is just enough to not be overbearing or leave aftertaste, it lets the cocoa flavor stand out. Best crunch factor of the protein keto cereals ive tried.Happy to see a big brand enter the game, this will enable more availability in stores and force specialized brands to lower their crazy prices.

I buy as many as I can whenever I come across them. The chocolate flavor wasnt too good, but Ill forever be a fan of the peanut butter flavor.
