Woolite Extra Delicates Laundry Detergent - 16 fl oz

This stuff contains Benzisothiazolinone, which is known to give people rashes. It gave me an awful rash. Why do you bother putting "no harsh ingredients" on the label? What a waste of money.

My mother used Woolite on our delicate knits! I can’t be without it, keep it stocked at my house, been using at least 30 years! Great for delicate hand washed items.

I like to use for my delicate items that do not need a strong or long wash cycle.

This product claims to be gentle and hypoallergenic. But it contains fragrance and Methylisothiazolinone-the “top allergen of the year” This preservative is used because of the backlash to parabens and it has been causing havoc ever since. Why bother marketing your product as “no harsh ingredients” and then add two of the most irritating ingredients possible??

I bought this for washing our wool shirts. I had been using this detergent already for many months and when one bottle finishes, I keep buying new one. This detergent has very light scent which I like. I hate detergents with strong scents. I can highly recommend this detergent and will keep buying this in future!

My mom used this to wash my tights when I was a kid and now I use this to hand wash my bras because I don’t dare ruin them in the washer and it is very effective, but I really only use it for that because it’s relatively expensive.

The detergent is fine, but this might be the worst designed bottle ever in the history of bottles. You quite literally cannot pour the recommended amount without spilling a ton of detergent over the edge and somehow it’s even more of a nightmare to clean up. I swear the detergent magically expands and spills on things I didn’t even think was possible to be spilled on!!! I literally had to wash the entire bottle and cap in the sink to get it all out. I was wiping with a million paper towels but it didn’t do the job so I had to throw it in the sink. The overspill area on the cap is also useless because when you put it back on the bottle it causes any leftover amount of liquid to spill over onto the outside of the bottle. Anyways, PLEASE FIX YOUR BOTTLE TO BE MORE LIKE OTHER BRANDS, PERSIL HAS A GREAT DESIGN!!

Initial order was damaged & Target promptly replaced it…no fuss; no muss! Use for all my “gentle cycle” clothing!

I like Woolite. It’s great for delicate clothing. I do wish it had a better sent.

Excellent for delicate clothes

Target cannot manage to ship liquids without their plastic containers breaking and the liquids end up soaking through the shipping box and ALL the other boxes inside the shipping box. This has happened to me several times with Target but never from Amazon.

Our family has been depending on Woolite all of my life for both machine- and hand-wash delicate clothing. Although it has a slight scent, it doesn't irritate my extremely sensitive skin and the fragrance does not linger in clothing. However, for bedding and towels, I use a different, fragrance-free product. I've never tried the other variations of Woolite. This original formula is our go-to.
